Yes I am sure they were clean no blockage. TXV was same i dont remember the part no. I suspect low gas. I think lets try refilling at 1500 rpm to bring pressures at that ambient temp. What do you say

Until There's Any Custom Changes Made In System...I Don't Think Adding Much Of Refrigerant Will Do Any Good As You Already Have 600gms Of It Already In System Which Is Quiet A Good Amount....If You Wanna Give It A SHOT You Can But Watch Out For Head Pressure ....Anything Above 300 Is NO NO.....So Keep It Under This...And Add It In Small QUantity

Heat Up Water In Some Bowl And Put Charging Cylinder In That...It Will Be Easy To Recharge...

If This Doesn't Go Well Them You Have To Flush The Whole Thing Out And See Whats Wrong....Before Doing It..Do Try Charging It More

As per ac dude he uses Honeywell USA gas. Cylinder is green in Honeywell box

@afnan.bashir tripping is now ok .. ac throwing chill air when i drive the car from home when car is come accross to sunlight it become chill to cool ... and it dont remove heat from cabin ... bas blower ki thndi hawa se agay wala bnda thooooora bht comfrtble feel krta ha. but at evening its air is cold enough to freeze hand

Honeywell is Good And BEST But If It Was REAL.....Maybe Its Real But Weight Scale Was Not Upto Mark....

End Of All....You Should Try Adding More Gas 100-200Gms And See If It Gets Better.....!

Well what's app was for sending video. Update is that I filled the gas at 1500 rpm. Brought it to 300 psi according to chart.low side however never got above 30 psi or so. but car runs like a crap. Too much load. Typical symptoms of over charged system

Now at idle even after adding gas there is no change in cooling may be a Minor increase at idle. But at idle pressures again 40 and 250 psi. Now of we observe high side needle vibrates it did before too.

What do you think @xulfiqar compressor is toast ? Or should I 're vac the system and fill gas from some can in quantity mentioned on sticker

I think the system is slugging or the compressor has a variable intake valve in it that is causing such reading. what model compressor is it again?
