Yes I Will Reuse Can ...That Fin Comb Is For Heat Exchanger With Fins Installed In One Piece Installed Vertically....Car Heat Exchangers Have Diff Pattern..... They Are Installed In Small Chunks.... If Its Gone Too Bad You Replace It

In My Case Its Not Soo Much So A Little Bend Fins Will Not Do Any Hurting As Soon As Head Pressure Is Not Rising

@xulfiqar @ser_gtr well did AC Job. Took my measurement stuff, weighing scale. I have a guy who likes to work the way i tell him. I was not sure about the compressor health. When opened condenser the filter was sort of silverish black so it became evident it was black death as it is said. Cleaned the Evap core, it was free flowing but there was black oil too. Changed the TXV. Now when going for compressor i could not go for expensive new 35k compressor. I bought used one costed me 8k. Well i dont claim it to be brand new and most probably market dudes repair it too. but as i say we live in a place where in a mosque we fear of shoes not to be stolen rather than akhrat. So it was a bet,

Well compressor worked out. Filled approximately 550 grams of gas. High side is very little warm but low side is cold. At night with ambient tempreature of 35 deg c i was getting 3 degrees in ac vents.

I Was Getting New Compressor For 24.5k....Denso TV12 Series... But As I Recharge Mine...It Seems to Serve Good Enough SO Need To Spend On It For Now

one thing i was not sure about at night i was having a little bit TPS issue so RPM was 600 not 900 as it should be, But at say 700 RPM i was getting 36PSI Low side and 155 PSI on high side at 34 Deg c ambient is that ok?

You Can Ask Someone To Hold Throttle At 1500 And Check Pressure Then To Measure Exact........

Always Charge Gas By Holding Throttle At 1500 ..Final Check Same Procedure...Else There Are Chances You Might Overcharge System...

In Your Case You Charge By Weight So Its Impossible To Overcharge...So I Guess You SHould take Readings During Day Time....Holding Throttle At 1500 and Then You Know Exact Readings and head Pressure....

@ Ac Experts.. Strange sound come from engine while ac is not. it comes for 5 or 6 seconds and then goes .. it happens only when ac is on.. as far as i turned ac off it never comes again.. please guide from where it coming from.. sound is like any mechanical part is moving without lubrication.. friction like..

Its Either Belt Started To Worn Slipping On A/C Load Or Its Some Bearing.....

You Can Check Bearings By Removing Belts And Same Way Can Inspect Belts or Wear Tear

1- Please explain the low and high side guages connection procedure or sequence.

Today i visited few ac workshops, all of them said, they check/recharge gas level by low side guage only, because connecting high side gauge wastes/leaks the gas or something. I am pretty sure that they don't know how to connect it properly.

2- blower fan speed is super fast (relayed) at 4 position and normal at 3 position. Pressure readings, at 1500 rpms, should be checked at which blower speed?.

3- receiver drier bottle, inlet and outlet pipes both temperature should be equal?. Can we check that with DMM with temperature probe?

I read all earlier posts, so now i have learnt basic idea of other things, but i am confused about this. I have r134 system.

the system is always checked from both high and low side to determine if you are low/high on charge or if there is a blockage or the TXV is hunting.

the drier should have both sides at the same temperature, if its getting cold on the outlet side then its choked.

a good AC tech would measure sub cool and superheat temperature too. Any tech that is simply slapping a low side gauge on the unit is not qualified to be working on a car AC unit.

@xulfiqar @ser_gtr i was thinking, i know the obvious answer that is if it was possible it would have been done earlier. My idea may be off but here is what i think.

Just out of curiosity

If we take a compressor of Refrigerator, Use a condenser lets say a car one serpentine one (i feel those of Refrigerator are not that good)
Use TXV and evap and make a small AC for small room.

Possible? and would that be economical ?

Well yes I think so because split units are heavy on electricity. They are some 2kwh may be if I am not wrong. Will this work of we have efficient condenser and evapourator. Someone said to e go and.buy a smuggled split unit you may need some.work on them but commercial units here are no where to those Russian ones son I thought if a country can make water cooler (Orange plastic baraf wala cooler with coper tubing placed inside.)
