Car alternator not fully charged the battery 🔋

Corolla Gli 1.6 auto alternator not fully charged the battery maximum voltage shows 13.70 and battery charging sign not becoming green. What could be the reason?

sir @ammad27 13.7 is acceptable range. How are you testing the voltage at battery?
with a multimeter you can test the generator voltage for performance.

how old is the battery in terms of year. is it a maintenance free battery or a liquid battery.
incase it is a liquid battery more then 18 months old the electrolyte needs to be checked specific gravity may have depleted., and refresh is required.

I check voltage with multi meter and maintenance free battery 11 months old.
If charge battery with separate battery charger its become green but in car it's never goes green

Is your battery sealed lead acid?
If yes then change the battery ASAP.
It will never be charged with 1 zr charging system as it has a battery sensor on top of the battery terminal.
The beat battery to use in this system is normal lead acid battery which we know as pani wali battery.

But I don't see any battery sensor on top of battery terminal. If you can share any pictures of that sensor.

That little green eye thing is just a basic hydrometer in one cell of the battery provided for your entertainment only.

Find a real battery tester that can do a load test and also internal resistance test too.

Your car requires a regular lead antimony battery aka pani wali. Your car will never charge an MF battery to its full capacity, its not made that way.

Agreed sir faces multiple issues on daily specially in tiny vitz and Passo.
Where Sealed battery puts more pressure on alternator and duty cycle jumps and stays at60-70% on idle
