Aoa guys,
as u all know that vehicle theft becomes very common nowadays. There are large number of anti-theft devices are available in market, but non of them is 100 percent fool proof, in fact i personally think some of the electronic anti theft devices like steelmate alarm,tracker is a joke for car thieves.I think adding a simple relay (most of the time under the dash board of driver side) for engine killing will not secure your car as much as u think.
any ways... I have made Anti theft + Anti snatch device for protecting my car. The circuit is connected with all 4 door buttons of car, suppose the car is in Anti-Snatch mode and you are driving the car, if some one snatches the car from you and drives it away, after some time(time is adjustable) the car will stop. For engine killing i used transistor(MOSFET) based digital logic circuit, which i think is much more secured than relay, correct me if I am wrong:S.
I want help and suggestions from you guys to improve my device and make it more fool proof. And those pakwheelers who know about car electronics, please suggest me the best way for engine killing. I am interested in engine killing from car ECU, but its not an easy job:(.

Features:
3 Modes (Lock Mode, Unlock Mode, Anti-Snatch Mode),
4x4 keypad for password entering and 16x2 LCD for information display and a buzzer for sound,
If the car is in Lock Mode, 4 digit password is required to Unlock the car,
If some one snatch the car from you, the engine will automatically disabled after some time(time is adjustable),
Car horn will turn on automatically if password is not entered in required time after snatching,
The system is Anti reset able, the removing of battery will not effect the system because i used EEPROM to store data,
For engine killing I used transistor(MOSFET) based digital logic circuit.
