A neighbor of mine had such a cat, he was a kameena zaleel billa - used to scratch up my car and other stuff, did absolutely nothing to rodents, infact would let them pass by. I painted him flouroscent pink with a spray can and sprayed ice water whenever I saw it trying to claw my car..

welcome on car care thread and pleased you started your initial posts from this thread which reflect ur keen intrest in clean shiny cars
Mashallaa u have very neat clean altis , to maintain black solid color not easy
as on solid colors imperfections can be seen easily compare to metalic paints

its also difficult to get same jet black tyers to match with black paint , try meguiar's endurance tyer gell , its not only give jetness in tyers but also give very wet look with shine , i am sure u will like the outcomes
overall u have very well maintained car Mashallah

About Presoak I Try my Level Best to find it even Saca Plus Khi dont have it. 3M apc I am Yet to find May be Next Engineering Ppl Have it !! If you are looking for Maguiers Stuff you have to Go to Optimum At zamzama They are a rip off though. I would rather Prefer to Contact @Ausl He always have all the Fresh Stuff at much better Prices !!

For gear, remove the knob by unscrewing it and then stitch the leather on it. If i recall correctly, the needle he used was a slightly round/bended one to allow this zig zag stitching on the corners. The zig zag pattern of the stitch is the beauty of cover which reflects the hand stitchedness

Also, beneath the leather, bond was used so that the grip is tight and doesn't cause any swollen/loose patches in between where you touch steering the most for turns. As per the guy that did my car, This bond wouldn't harm the plastic in anyway and is removable if ever you want to get it off.
