The guy that I got it done from (after seeing it done to another vitz), he worked at a poshish shop but was an expert at this. Later i learnt that a good sofa maker (that can make slightly complicated shapes) can do it equally well since most of their work is hand stitching anyway. This cover is stitched in a zig zag style. If you can find a good sofa maker, i can send you pictures of the steering from all angles so you could show him how it is to be done. It is mashallah tight on the steering and I like the grip (the default steering is slippery for me for one hand full turns). Let me know.
About layering, i dont plan to add that many but will definitely experiment with a few more atleast. Many users have mentioned of the clarity/wetlook (and ofcourse durability) getting better with added layers. 5-6 is a norm, so i would probably go to this level but not so quick.
About Pinnacle Souveran, yes that too added to teh list after high recommendation coming from you but it'll be some time before i spending to get one of the naturals waxes
