Salam Everyone, i had been following this thread for a long time, and now finally decided to make an ID and start asking questions.

I had been using Meguiars products for a long time, and finding reliable store in my area is a bit tricky. Can you guys tell me if anyone in Peshawar selling meguiars cleaner wax and nxt.

I am big fan of Vague_one, Ahmad Yar and Durrani. They have lots of great products in stock.

bhai jan respect ur hard work and time spent on this ride definatly its showing better shine than one in suzuki showroom. inshallah few more applications of dodo light fantastic will bring more deep shine

is there something wrong with IMC , or Pak Suzuki red shades?. I have seen so many Mehrans and Corollas ( 90's) with this shade have fading pant?

It is cheapo single stage paint, it goes bad pretty soon unless waxed with a decent wax, kazmik kills it, my car was treated with faarmoola and kaazmik till 2010, now it would haze if anything other than cosmic was used. I had to cut where possible, the places where paint was thin but dead are maintained using #26 and #7 glaze.

I have worked on other single stage cars but this paint is more problematic than the usual sinlge stage, too low quality.

And when using kaazmik whitens the paint...they kampound it and thats the end

Majid bhai, mobile pics not much clear but in view of car age seems in good condition MashAllah. what products u using on her skin ?

shine and reflections are 2 different things , e.g

reflections = mirror type clear hard/ smooth surface so optically light reflect more and give high reflections. normally sealants or synthetic waxes on prep surface give these reflections.

shine = a deep gloss, inner rich sheen from paint which not only give depth in paint but also enhance matal flakes like natural waxes, glazes and polishes help to achieve this

so whats ur aim and budget ?

Majid bhai meguiars, mothers and turtle are 3 brands easily avilable in pak. all 3 brands having natural and synthetic waxes
in my view mothers and meguiars both good brands

try 3 steps of mother its good and safe , will remove minor imperfections, hide some of them and deep dark paint as well as very good shine , not sure about price but may be under 4 k
u would also need interor detailer sonix gives good mat look interor and armorall tier foam , also get a pair of good microfibers , i am sure u will save some bucks from 10 k

Experts, i need your advice on cleaning the engine bay. In our dusty environment it gets very dirty and washing engine with water is not recommended. So what is the best way for cleaning the engine bay? Should I use any product for cleaning it? Service station people wash it with petrol, some clean it with compressed air.

If engine bay routine dirty than even car shampoo can work well . If dirty all purpose cleaner just cover electrical parts with plastic shopping bags or use high pressure blower to dry. Steam washer is something quite safe for sensors and eco friendly way. On Palstic parts u can use any trim detailer and metal parts metal polishif require

you are erasing detailing crew logo but its visible in picture :D, forget this even it is displayed in your display picture.

Its a silly thing to do.

There is no such rule.....

only two things are prohibited

Secondly Pw is lenient and does not care about water mark.

ahmad bhai ... here they are. managed to take some pictures of the main scratches.. mainly htey are not so visible because of the colour but .. 'detailing ki nazar' se dekh jaye to.... I'm so not happy and yeah there is a big scratch and needs a repaint

P.S i was thinking to buy a meg nxt 2.0 and showcar glaze .. i already have a mother's gold class carnauba wax and mothers scratch remover with turtle wax hard shell... what do you say a treatment of these will remove the swirls or do i need a compound & polish instead of nxt and glaze?

bhai jan i can help u with these scratches and i have kept sliver cars in past and believe me dont paint it as silver painted shades never match thats my suggestion
and congrats on not buying a suzuki
and amhed bahi sir help him banda is in love with his car
