Turtle is good starting level brand and pleased u using turtle on ur red wine instead of formula 1 wax
first of all u have dark paint better u use more natural waxes or glazes instead of synthetic waxes , as natural waxes and glazes will deep dark the paint which dark shades require very much as continues use of synthetic waxes will lighten the shade and give silvery hue in paint.
secondly its not fair u comparing turtle with meguiars or mothers, mothers 3 steps world renowned formula and produce excellent outcomes, meguiars synthetic waxes like ultimate wax is world renowned wax and having qualities of mild sealants in term of longer protection, meguiars gold class natural wax is very good and i bet you only meguiars gold class wax alone can give far far better outcomes on red wine shade than combo u using.
i used to apply turtle ice synthetic polish ( omar bhai is correct its wax without any abrasives ) on rims and wheel covers of cars but after rain surface appears rain water marks which dont go with water wash alone where as now i applying nxt on rims and wheel covers and not facing any problem.
synthetic wax leave like a very thin transparent film on paint , turtle ice synthetic polish leaves very lightly yellowish film compare to nxt who's film is very much transparent means on white and other lighter shades keep the purity of original color shade.
good thing of turtle ice synthetic polish is its black trim safe even u can apply it on car black trims.
try meguiars mirror glaze # 7 than top up with meguiars gold class wax and final any detailer spray wipe i am assure outcomes will make u very happy

yar the thing is that ultimate wax is tooo expensive. i went to buy it n had 3000 in pocket. it was 3600 i thought yar yeh aik lenay kai bujayay kuj aur leta hon.
in the end i thought jitnay kharach lo paisay kum hon gai. aik kai baad aik new cheez aa jati hai.
i was thinking to get mothers three step polish n wax system which includes: 1. Pure Polish 2. Glaze 3. Carnauba wax
product description kehti hai keh: pure polish removes all previous waxes and cleans the surface. glaze is for poping the pearls in paint and wax is for a smoother surface with protection.
i do feel wax alone would not be useful enough for an excellent shine. i think it does require a polish before it. i believe wax is to provide protection mostly.
what should i do?
