nice work and you should do some double coats of really good sealants to make it last as long as possible. How about taking me along next time and i will bring my "Collinite 476: Double Coat" and "Finish Kare Big White: Hi-Temp Wax" and it will safe Gaurd the work for a lot longer than megs and mothers products. Though if you guys want to use some other high end products you are more than welcome

About strong protection, sure FK1000p and 476s are the kings of durability easily taking you through a season and more. Given the 15oz jar of 1000p, one wonders it'll take them a life time to finish it up
I personally have a few top notch sealants but hadn't really taken them over to Farrukh's place. However, none of these sealants (or 1000p/476s) would really provide your scratch/swirl protection (just proper care will). Ofcourse there are nano sealants/coatings (carpro, wolf chemicals, 22ple, Gtechniq etc) that offer an extremely strong surface (actually adding a few microns on cars surface) offering scratch resistance to some extent and then theres opti-coat
But with the use of regular sealants/waxes it mostly has to do with how you clean up your car (wash and daily dust removal etc) that will prolong the apperance of swirls (they will come eventually, best practices can delay them and keep them very low to be barely noticeable).

Given your possession of these two prods (whom I've read a lot about), I am sensing some other quality stuff with you too. InshAllah, soon we shall meet

wow a great list of great products but the issue is always how to do the best with the least, both in terms of price and availability.
and excellent advice on maintaining, that its not really about products its how to manage them.

I tend not to have a lot of high end products names, but try to have a few good products. though my cars' skin's life lines are these waxes, some correcting products from megs and some good microfibers AND me

hows ur experience so far with da power system,in its price n no experience required,i was going to get it as well but only backed out since you need wax pads seperately which cost 2.5k for a pair n then u need to have a drill as well n i dont have that either so it was easily gonna cost me 10k+
so for me,its always gonna b hand lol

If your rough estimated is 10k still compared with DA polisher almost half price ka different hai roughly and it can fulfill the need if you are using it for yourself not for commercial purpose... Islo mein koi kabar khana nahe hai kia :P? yahan Lahore mein to hai wahan se achi drill app ko 600-1000 tak mil jati hai hahaha

but in videos on youtube,i saw people while using da for wax,used it more than once on same area,i wonder how much time it'd take then to wax whole car n esp if light goes away

the only reason i considered this is since u dont need any training wid it as compared to others n it was cheap as well

Can any one tell me how to remove permanent water strain marks ? I just bough a ride and it have those marks under door panel (golay) and side mirrors.

As per my little experience... it depend on the smoothness and preparation of the surface 1 to 2 time repeat waxing on the same area is to ensure that that wax has been applied properly you can even apply in one go... as the instructions of professional Thin Thin Thin... layer of wax.. it takes around 40-45 minutes panel by panel you can complete before 1 hour.

Currently I hv only polishing pad that is included with the DA tool. I have requested for a pair of compounding pads to a frnd coming from UK in mid of January all left behind is a pair waxing pads us k baad set complete..

Asim you dont need a clay bar for this specific peace of work.
Although would will require corrective materials/ products, specially for the rubber area. and the one under the side mirror should be done with a lot of care.
Get Sctrach Remover from a detailing shop. megs or formula one or mothers. then get a microfiber cloth and apply a little and massage on the surface. a lot of massaging will be required. I used the word massage cuz rubbing means a lot of pressure and you should apply a lot of pressure, just a little would do but you will have to do a lot of rubbing.

for the rubber sides, first clean it very thoroughly and then make a small bulb formation from the edge of the microfiber and then rub it only on the effected area, here you can apply a lot of force but be dynamic and reduce the force as the area starts to clean off.

now the important part... you wont be able to clean the area in one go be it even 2-3 hours. let it be after you have worked for one hour, then do the rest next week.
you can get a professional approach as well and remove the rubber use compound product and then reapply

Well if i were u. I will open the doors, disassemble the handle n side mirror n then ill clean them first with cleaner wax or using compound using your finger tip then dress them up with good carnuba wax n join rest back. Or else use soft toothbrush with compound n do it with patience.

Its being a long time i said that i have done some kabara detailing and shared a teaser too, yes its was headache more than teaser lolx.

so here are the pics i am sharing with all you. All gurus are @ahmad_yar @vague_one @accord7362 and every other members are requested to comment. bad comments are more welcome.

The car was waxes twice with the gap of approx 36 hours. and impressed by @fazalwahab11375 photoshoot i also took mine car outside for some photos lolx, not that much good as fazal's vw but it is almost 30% of it.

the rua (dont know what to say in english) is easliy seen on the surface but later it was removed by the final touch.
