thanks for solving my query and the info. So what shampoo can you suggest me to degrease the car ??
I'll buy turtle wax black box kit and apply it after washing and de greasing the car. Currently i have Meguiars Wash and wax.

Also can the service station guys de grease the car?

The detail......let me put it this way, the wash an wax is good! Can you guide us as to how the swirls came onto your car ? I remember when you started to post here you had a much better finish on the car.....an instead of it gettin enhanced, sorta went the other way around.....nai ? Assuming the circumstances, and if the financial aspect has to be kept in check only.............scratch out by F1......bit better than those mysterious white compounds roaming around the scene these days.

No worries, I use the turtle wax heavy duty shampoo for exceptionally messy rides, though, try giving it a douse of APC! Black box kit on a new car ? Why`d you wana do that ? Go for a quality natural wax, once a week with a new car an yer good to go! Megs wash an wax is an excellent choice for your weekly maintenance wash! Sarvis tayshun guys can do everything, just not worth handing yer pride an joy over to them........

I am just a noob and i saw that black box gives excellent results so decided to give it a try. Also i have noticed that there are minor swirl marks in the paint:(
Can you suggest any natural waxes that might be easily avalaible:)

And also what does Apc stand for??

congrats for having new car blackbox having good masking ability so comes good on bit older car or paint surface having some imperfections thats reason v1 guided u for good natural wax

black paint easy to get swirls , take special care while washing drying , any good natural wax will fill these minor swirls so dont worry

apc stands for all purpose cleaner , 3m apc is good choice in term of price and its quality

I have a scratch on the upper dashboard of my 2011 corolla near the pillar, it is about an inch long. Any idea on how to get rid of it. I can't post pics as the car isn't with me as I type. I have tried products such as son of a gun etc.

Bro, there are some :-! moments in the detail you have described, an there are just some :o moments an not to forget the :-#moments.........unthodox at times, but hey, yer starting out, chalta hai. Nice work on the car, results are accordingly! Clean outlook, but youll have to work on the basics a bit! Keep at it, InshAllah youll make marvels !

@vague_one thanks bro..... hearing it from you matters alot to me ..... I am just new to it so following the detailers foot steps at PW will help alot ..... basically I started from old school cosmic and I always thought that THAT is the polish for my car ...... once I was searching for difference between wax and polish and droped somehow to Part1 DC thread .... it just literaly OPENED my eyes..... if it was not for PW I would be still using cosmic with surf to wash my car and call it just like new (in my hearth only)

i knew its gonna start raining from sunday but still i washed n waxed on saturday,n it was a wise decision,when it stopped raining,rain drops were very light n car still looked clean
