Car Care and Detailing Dreams (Part 2)

My new baby has arriived today. After years of waiting to make this purchase and every time avoiding it coz of the budget limitations finally decided to avail a deal at Monza care as this was the last piece left so they put it on discount. Plz say MashAllah!

Ustad e mohtaram gari ko har das roz baad cover utar k start kia jata hai to keep the battery n engine healthy n running, thora agay peeche kia jata to avoid damage to the tires aur aap ka point mein ghar pe moujod banday ko irsal ker dunga. bohat bohat nawazish batane ka sir g.

duawun ki darkhwast as parents k baad ustaad ki dua zyda kabool hoti hai.......

So just a random question to fellow detailers is that how often do you clean your microfiber cloths, applicator pads etc.
I usually clean my microfiber cloths and applicators after 1 time use as they tend to get get dirty and not do their job properly the second time. Before wash i just soak the wax applicator and pad buffing cloth in soap water to ease the removal of wax. Rest they are cleaned with normal clothes in washing machines

I think u answered ur question there urself. I clean em every session. Everytime they have a product in em they have to be cleaned up properly. That may mean getting em thru water 20 times in a row but i dont give up until theyr absolutely clean spik n span.

Thanks bro. Lets just hope it lives upto its reputation and my expectations. Ill be testing it on a really bad case of holograms, overspray, scratches and scrapes and posting the videos here as well. Lets see.

in my view first try claying skin to minimize over spray and scrapes and than 105 /205
i have experinced direct compund ruin cutting pads by overspray or scraps/dust particulars as these not only cut the pad but also stuck in pad and pad start making new swirls and scratches on rest of panels

i still remmber ur blingo polish metal city now i also having same colour city but still not upto ur set standerds so on which car this stuff going to be tested :)?

Finally I have a partner in crime with the FLEX ... It is absolutely amazing ! DONOT underestimate it .. I have seen paint burnt out with this and a mild cutting pad at 6000opm !! 0_0 and yes this will take out every hologram provided the right product !!
I ended up comparing this with a Rupes LHR 21ES Big Foot and even though the Rupes has a 21mm throw compared to a minimal Flex's 8 mm this came out on top !! Simply Superb !!
Which pads will you be using with it ??

Ausl bro nice to hear from u after long....i know ive been away from the scene due to my professional commitments but i hope to get back to my addiction soon now :).....Pads....havent decided yet but lake country seems like a good option but my first preference wud be to get some practice using the 6 inch pads and in the meanwhile ordering the 4 inch backing plate and any other stuff available for this machine plus smaller pads for the nooks,corners and curves. would u reccommend any further specific parts for this baby?

Bas dekh lain apki duain hain jo kaam ati hain. I know its been long but im just so busy at work here in UK that only weekends off hotay hain and thats more of a time to enjoy with family and go somewhere new rather garage work. I sold the city before comin to the UK coz dad wanted it that way......hes the one who paid for it and he agreed he'll pay for my next car when i get back InshAllah. Besides it brought a very good price in Islamabad. Sold on the spot within 2 hours with cash payment

That is an extremely precious observation coming from an experienced user. I will definitely keep that in mind before doing my heavily over sprayed rooftop.

The machine is meant to be used on my 04 diesel accord which i have bought cheap here in the UK as im here only for a limited time so didnt wana spend too much on a car as they normally sell for a loss.

This is the project which i hope to do. BTW next generation pro detailer in the making. He did a marvellous job on the wheels.
