Then it was still drizzling and i was drying the car. My family really thinks i'm crazy..:P(i dont mind)
When the drizzling stopped i gave another meguiars detailer wipe..
Her skin isn't as shiny and glassy smooth as before.. im thinking cleaner wax.. @vague_one.. kya khyaal hai sir?

Bhooooth acha khayal hai.....when the mud stays bonded n an dries up.....I usually do go for a coat myself !

Is it necessary to wax the car everytime i shampoo wash it or can i wash every week and just wax it monthly???

shots of test panel, its been been treated with clay bar, then compound by da then followed by scratch x by hand on finishing spots, then megs M07 glaze, left to cure then Auto Finesse tough prep and then megs m21 sealant, comments/suggestions welcome, how has the sealant came out?, once i have finished the car will treat it to some coats of DODO soft wax as well

only paint has been treated, the grill/lights/chrome etc are yet to be done

detailed the engine bay of my Altis, started with meguiars super degreaser, worked on top of the hood first, cleaned the hood cover using a extra diluted version of it, and used a detailing brush to create a lather then followed up with steam machine using various attachments, then set to work on the engine, megs degreaser which was rinsed by steam then followed by megs hyper dressing then used a blower to dry, cotton bud, brushes etc were used to make sure nooks and crannies weren't missed, even cut the skin of my finger the part where the radiator attaches to the body is sharp steel, after completing everything started the car with fingers crossed just in case not that i was worried:P hardly used any water, used less than half a litre of water which was used to dilute hyper dressing and degreaser and used in steam machine, nourished all rubber as well
only final shots of hood, i forgot to take before shots but i was pretty dirty

Step upon step.....process after process... MashAllah ! Nice work boy! Whats next ?

yep.. naheed has it for 175 or 650ml.

for the front face of the rims, use detailing brushes, for the area behind the spokes, there are special brushes like these-

for tires and wheel arches use a shoe brush.
I have a cheap, crappy version of this which splashes the stuff everywhere but it gets the job done.

I have these Daytona brushes and they splash badly too (back into your eye at times due to the large number of random bristles) while agitating... They however have a very good reach, have scratch free bristles so you can use them on rim face as well and the bristles are good at cleaning and regaining there shape after use.
The speed master pro brush you see is the latest in series and very sturdy for pro use but actually its a very large brush that you cant easily use for normal 14-15" size rims.

Spent some time on my car today. In scorching heat of karachi afternoon.
Tires were cleaned with car soap and then rinsed. Then used 3M Tire restorer

Washed and waxed with just spray wax. ( Used Armor All Wash and Wax)

Reflections - Note that My car has never been clayed in past 7 years. ( Will buy a decent Clay kit once budget allows)

Windows cleaned with Armor All Window cleaner

Cleaned interior with car wash soap and brush. Then dressed with Turtle Wax Cockpit Shine. It looks shiny due to camera flash but it actually has a matt finish

Doormats cleaned with soap and water. Carpet vacuumed, followed by Armor All Upholstery Cleaner on tough spots

In preparation for the eid i decided to do a small detailing session on the car. Started on saturday and then finshed today.

Please do say MashAllah.

On saturday washed the car. Applied meg endurance tyre gel on the tyres. The rest of the days to clean the tyres i just cleaned them with plain water and just dried with a microfibers and the tyres were cleaned and looked as good as new.

On Sunday the gave a detailer wipe, clayed the car, washed it, polished it with ultimate polish, APC wipe and then applied AF tough coat sealant on the car and the windscreen.

On Tuesday then washed the car again to get a feel of the water beading and then car gave a coat of Meg #26. I must what a amazing wax m26 is.

On wednesday just cleaned the tyres with plain water and gave the car dodo juice detailer wipe.

Bhatti sahab....khaaaair hay ! Itnay shots laga rahay hain ! Clean clean execution....though any sort of treatment for the paintwork on the alloys ? How are they looking now ? Protection runnin ok on them ?

thanks sir!, if you see my original post that was above this post i also took care of the paintwork on the alloys, clayed them and protected with sealant, they were looking swirl free with flakes, the rim paint is beading water and its holding pretty well now, though now break dust gets very visible which wasn't before, please tell a method for removing break dust, that stuff can be a nightmare, currently using a micorfibre and a dab of meg rim cleaner to remove it,
