thanks for appreciating, as for next will be going panel by panel and finish the car, planned to do a detailing marathon on eid vacations unfortunately got committed else where and could hardly manage any time at all, so its not going to be finished any time soon though i don't mind, it won't be driven anywhere in meanwhile anyway plus its fun working step and step and admiring your handywork and getting into all details and processes:)

Lol did some off-roading with my brobox, now ended up with a thick layer of mud on the body, tyres, arches.
Guide me how to remove it without damaging the paint.

What is car Wax did, i think it is rub the colour, to remove the scratches,
so if we use continuously . after time it will be remove colour?
or want some think that actual work like shoe polish , (its also provide shine, and give protection from water, and dust easly remove from it).
please suggest polish for car, that not work like rubbing polish, (not very costly)

Not my best work but without any engine degreaser, this is the best i could pull off with our 2004 Prado.

** The AA C&U cleaner is an excellent product... managed to removed rust stains from the cargo carpet where an old cooking gas cylinder had been placed. It is a tad bit expensive though.

* Any dark spots on the carpet/seats u see is due to them being the foamy type. They will look a lighter shade when u pass a cloth one way and darker when its passed the other way.

Dont mind those grey mats. They look stupid but better at retaining dirt than the previous flat clear plastic ones.

Nice work bro....the ride looks much much cleaner MashAllah ! An that rust spot on the carpet....nast lil critter ! Worth the time spent......hows about gettin into power tools? Must be a handful this monster ! Gets me curious....does this ride have clear coated paint or single stage one ? I`m taking into fact the trim level shown in pics....black bumpers, alloys...etc

I am generally a very silent viewer of this thread, however a regular reader. It taught me a lot in term of detailing and actually motivated to keep my car clean and SHINY !! I got my new 2nd Gen Prius (2010) a couple of months ago and after reading this entire thread, decided to visit @Ahmed_yar bhai to get essential items.

I never even take pictures after detailing however this time i thought.. why not.. may be I will be able to help somebody or get some help rather

Products & Method

Exterior
- Washed with Meguiars Wash n Wax (double bucket method using wash mitt)
- First rinsed the whole car with water and then rinsed all panels using a washmitt.
- Used different wash mitt for lower panels, which were PRETTY DIRTY !!!
- Went through every panel thrice to ensure that no dirt is left
- Dried the car with small lint micro fiber (got it from Metro, it dries the entire car without having to squeeze the MF)
- Open all doors and cleaned door jambs and other small areas around it
- After drying, applied very thin coat of Meguiars Ultimate Paste Wax and left it to haze for 15 minutes after applying it on entire car
- Buffed with provided Micro Fiber and gave another wipe of the other side for shiny finish
- Applied the same wax of RIMs and buffed off same as above
- Treated all exterior rubbers (wiper and other ones) with Meguiars HyperDressing (1:3 Ratio)
- Treated all plastic trims and number plates with Meguiars HyperDressing (1:3 Ratio)
- Treated types and wheel wells with Meguiars Hyper Dressing as well (1:3 Ratio)

Interior
- Thoroughly vacuumed every inch of mats and areas under the mats
- Wiped all plastic with Meguiars APC (1:15 Ratio)
- Dressed with Meguiars HyperDressing (1:3 Ratio)
- Treated all rubbers around the doors with Meguiars Hyper Dressing

Complete process took me around 4 hours.. is it normal ?? or am I exerting too much ????????????

MASHALLAH... zabardast work done.... keep it up and be regular... As for me it is normal that you took 4 hours in interior detailing, even I have take same time, if I will go to detail and clean each and every corner and nook...

i detailed a friends e200 kompressor and this was the final result! the car came to me in a very dull finish!

by the way door handles have abnormal amounts of orange peel even though rest of paint doesn't have it, any simple solutions? i heard from ahmed bhai of a technique where they use the material found on jeans to rub and remove orange peel, would work on a small handle? or should i just let it be

Washed with CG mr pink on chand raat
Tires were cleaned with meguiars apc
I was planning on compounding and polishing and then sealing but since there was no gloss and depth, i decided to put more effort into polishing so i polished it using a mf pad and ultimate polish- mf pads give a very even layer of polish.
Then instead of sealing i waxed it with meguiars gold class wax at fajr (after a wateress wash wipe). Gave an ultimate detailer wipe at 1pm and then took pics.

MASHALLAH... Eid k din bhi detailing... keep it up Omar and be regular.... From my side its ok upto some extent but it needs a one full beautiful session from clay, compounding, polishing and sealing..and it will be more bling bling and sitare (flakes) will pop more...

What the car looked like..
Rain in karachi =hell for a daily driven car. rain isn't the problem, the dirty roads are..

Cleaned with Chemical Guys NON Sense APC. Protected with Turtle Wax F21 Protectant.

EID mubarik to all!

I did my Vitz Engine cleaning day before Eid with Foam Cleaner. Results were good rather better than conventional petrol and surf.
Comments and suggestions are welcomed.

BEFORE:

Wrapped the sensors,Alternator, Throttle body and Other with wrapping plastic

A quick session for the sufaid hathi on chaand raat.
3M foam wash followed by a little agitation using wash mitt:

Quick round with megs ulti paste wax. The sealant is already providing a good clean base. Light 3M tyre dressing to give a clean look.

MASHALLAH... kaamchori wala foam brings out very good results... keep it up..
