I mean it would not be harmfull for your interior. But being it an average brand and a cheap product, It would not protect your dash board etc from the UV rays. What good is a protectant that doesnt fully protects ? Its not about Shine bro. Agar shine hi required hoti to dashboards and all vinyles par bhi company clear coat (Lacquer) kar k hi bhiajti... So focus more on the protecting qualities instead of shine. When this bottle ends , buy some thing better.
You know i take approx 5 mins to choose a shampoo for my hair. But when it comes to car care products i spend good 15 - 20 mins reading the formulations / instructions / directions and then compare them with other brand's same products and then choose what to buy! As a result i always know the reason why i bought it !!!.

You know why Turtle is expensive than F1 ? Because turtle wax is more durable. It stays on your paint for 6 - 7 days. Then why use it frequently like after every 3 days ?? Use it wisely. You get a good product because it lasts more, then why not to take advantage.
Here is what I suggest : As you have already ordered Turtle wax. Now buy a detailer spray.
Wax your Car ! use detailer spray after every 3 days. repeat the use of detailer spray 3 times (Which means after every 3 days use detailor spray) Now after 9 days of the 1st wax application , Wax the car. and now again after every 3 days use detailer spray for next 9 days.
Now you,ll end up have a shiny car all the time without waxing frequently. Detailor sprays act at boosters.. They give the car "Freshly Waxed Look" This way your wax pot would last around a year or eve more.
