This water running issue is indeed a menace, when I wash the car myself I open up the trunk when it's still wet, excess water drops off and then I wipe the Water Magnet on it, but this process is time consuming, and after this I use simple Mf cloth to clean the residual drops I see anywhere on the body, but the washing alone consumes a good enough 1.5 hours!
This waterless wash is the same as Meguiar's Ultimate Wash and Wax Anywhere?

Buy a leaf blower worth 2500 Rs. Or a good one of black n decker for 4000 Rs and enjoy washing the car in less than 40 minutes. It leaves the nooks n crannies bone dry, hence no salt deposits, no runny door handles or drippy hinges.

Its okay to use a waterless wash but keep in mind it's not waterless.. theres water in the solution, you use tons of water to wash your mf towels. You go through alot of mf towels and it takes a ton of time and yet there is a chance of marring your paint .

Rinseless washes ftw man. I need around 35 minutes to wash the entire exterior and dry it without worrying about water spots and im leaving a small layer of protection as i wash. In the same time i can also clean the tires and wheels.

This is just my preference and others can disagree but keep in mind if you rub a dirty surface with little to no lubrication, youre scratching your paint.

As most of you know bought the new ride 2011-city.
From exterior it was in a v good nick but engine bay had many water stains as previous owner hesitates to wash engine.
So the first thing I did today was detailing engine bay. Its not fully detailed as it took me 1 hour to complete this job and I dont have much stamina now.
Anyways major work is done. You can say. 80% is done. Remaining 20 I ll do tomm.

Get the astonish engine degreaser. cost 190 per bottle and is a quite concentrated. You can get it from Al-Fateh in centaurus. If you cant find it there, I have half a bottle with me, i can give you that.

wash the engine with a stream of water, spray the degreaser once, leave it for 4-5 minutes so it can do its job. use a brush to agitate the grease if you think its caked on. wash. If still not happy, repeat the process.
