If you can afford go for Chemical Guys products. They are available with Ahmad and Ali bhai at a reasonable rate. Believe me the paint will pop out.

imho opinion, get the whole fender repainted. getting just a small area may leave some colour differance and wont look good.
make sure the painter is an expert and prepares the base well.

better deal for best resulta would be to go to scrap yard. get a similar fender in perfect and original shape. youd find it reasonably priced. get its paint cleaned with chemical. get it repainted. take this one off, put that on. i believe very very few people would be able to judge that its repainted.

it takes quite a lot of time to get the desired results.at time it doesnt even give results.Best option is to use a good quality APC(ALL PURPOSE CLEANER).like CG ALL CLEAN APC.its gets the job done perfectly within seconds.have tested on dirty mats,seats,plastics trims etc.A great product.see the link.comes fully concentrated and u can dilute upto 1:20 ratio for interior.A must have.(H)
