The place where u went to get ur car washed, "Shinex" is also owned by a pakwheeler. Infact Sheroze bhai learned detailing from this thread and from senior members. He uses proper wash and wax shampoo with foam canon (mainly meguiars hyper wash) and secondly swirls are caused by dry dusting.
Now coming to the point, you can get decent products from turtle wax range in fairly good price which would last long. Regarding the polish, I have used sonax super liquid wax, which comes in the same packing, gives decent results but somehow doesn't lasts long. I have no experience with the above mentioned product but I would still recommend you to go for Meg Ultimate Polish, as I feel your paint lacks depth that is why you are not getting that wet look, Ultimate Polish will mildly clean the paint and the rich polishing oils will nourish the paint and give it a wet look. Always wax/seal up your work with a quality wax/sealant.
If your windshield is getting swirls than try to clean the viper blade with a damp cloth and never do dry dusting on it. It really becomes a pain in the *** while driving at night. Any decent glass cleaner will do the job regarding cleaning.
For tires the most cheapest is 7CF spray Rs.120 or you can use turtle f21 ultra wet tire shine which will cost u Rs. 650.
I think your process is right, rest I will leave it to the experts.
