its not just show off
if you wax your car with a quality wax your car will be protected for few days/months.
wax protects your car from uv rays
from acid rains etc etc and make it smooth by adding natural oils to paint. it also protects clear coat
make the car shinier and glossy.
similerly car shampoos add further oils and depth to the paint and makes the wax coat even last longer.
its recommended to clay a car once or twice a year
clay also eliminates dirt ,road grime,tar tree sap, birds droppings ,imperfections from paint, over spray etc etc from paint and make the paint buttery smooth.
now all these 3 products are very essential for a paint of car.
yes it gets dirt in less then a hour of detailing but it doesn't mean we would stop caring the paint.
and after waxing whenever you clean the car it will shine like a star and whenever your friends/family or other people praise the car and your hardwork you will feel that what ever you spended or did hardwork on your car all that worth it

Cars actuall need is shampoo clay compound polish wax detailer sprays.

Men's actually needs are shampoo soap. Shaving foam razor hairgel and a comb. Ab aap extra gender ki cheezein khud pe istamal karein to log kuch aur matlab lengay

Salam! Can anyone guide me how to whipe wash and wax? When there is light dust i just give car a whipe of wash and wax in a spray bottle nd wash mitt. I usually whipe with water magnet. But that leaves a rough surface i believe. So should i whipe with supreme shine or water magnet in order to protect the wax coat?

Wash and wax Spray

A single spray from almost any brand can do 4 to 5 times a car. You need to spray whole car or a panel after spraying wait 2 minutes. Hold microfiber cloth in your hand and start wiping horizantaly in a single motion either left or right. No back and forth motions. You need atleast 4 cloths because you cannot use a dirty cloth on another panel. Only use clean sides

Why do we take a shower if we're going to get dirty at the end of the day? We might as well save water because kya faida hua. Think about it....

A wash and a wax coat on this convertible.
Wash with Nanoskin cherry suds.
Wax with dodo juice purple haze.
Tyres cleaned with Meguairs super degreaser & dressed with Meguairs nxt tyre spray.
Top and trim dressed with Meguairs Hyper dressing.

Guys bought meg ultimate polish. Can any one direct me how to use it by hand. As per my knowledge. Apply it by applicator and some hard rubbing by MF.

Guys bought meg ultimate polish. Can any one direct me how to use it by hand. As per my knowledge. Apply it by applicator and some hard rubbing by MF.

Apply in circular motion and finish it off in straight lines. Do a section of a panel at a time. Compounds and Polishes tend to harden when left too long on a panel, so buff with a mf cloth using straight motions as soon as your done with a half a panel.

The reason why straight motion is used so incase there are any dust particals on the surface, these wont cause swirls in the paint by the usual circular motion of the mf cloth.
