Mate, TBH didn't have anything else @ hand. Tested HD on a small area, gave a good dark outcome so did it. Owner appreciated it so felt satisfied.

Even the wheel wells of our cars are dressed and you're talking about interior detailing I recently spend around 35,000 and not even one wax is there in the entire purchase.

There is a hell lot of difference between driving a detailed ride and the one got washed and polished from a service station. The total feel is different.

Since I started very basic detailing myself three months ago, I have started washing and detailing my cars myself. Now I dread going to a svc station and would do so only for undercarriage wash on the lift to remove dirt after driving in rains.

My detailing stock is increasing every month so is the joy and satisfaction when I look at my ride. I do one chore at a time. Wash, dry and detailing spray one time. On a rainy day would just clean the interior and after couple of weeks clean the engine bay.

every minute you spend with your ride in form of detailing will glow up your ride bro.
btw its all about love and affection towards our rides no one can change your thinking about detailing
almost all of the people i have met which are not car fond of cars and cars detailing say the same " kia chemical laga rhe ho car pr, rang na utar jaye car ka" but all i think for them is not worth sharing here many people are involved in female affairs and is it not waste of time and money they spend on recharging their beloved gfs mobile account balance ???? ( hope i dont get infraction here).
all i said this just to clearify that in my view those things are useless like for you detailing is useless.
but i love the moment when everyone stares at my ride and thinks "is car me esa kia hy jo dusro me nahi dikta " haha

bro how much is your range?
you will have to spend almost 5 -7k if you want to take a good start.
i will refer you what im using
but if your car is not detailed ever and have swirls and few scratches
i will recommend you to get it compounded from a reputed car detailing studio
just say him to clay and compound your car.
after that buy
1-nanoskin hydroexpress wax/sealant or vatality wax
2. nanoskin degreaser
3. nanoskin multi apc
4.nanoskin blue dress
5. a detailing brush and few mf towels
6.washmit
7. nanoskin cherry suds shampoo
thats it.
if your car is good in condition and have less swirills or paint imperfections than you will also need to buy Nanoskin hi glaze wax
so you can also escape that compounding part.
first thing is to get it clayed from somewhere or buy a clay bar its very easy to clay a car
as clay bar eliminates contaminations , dirt, tree sap, birds droppings, road grime, tar and paint imperfections from paint and make it smooth and glossy.
its important to protect the car with a wax after clay
so nano skins hydro express is a awesome wax and it beads awesome in rain so i will suggest you that.
for your engine use nanoskin degreaser its very good product and it eliminates all the dirt from engine bay you can also use apc on engine to make it further clean.
after engine cleaning protect it with nanoskin blue dress it will be as new as showroom car.
for interior first use multi apc and clean the dirt from ac vents etc etc and then protect it with bluedress
for exterior trims you can also use same blue dress.
washmit for washiing the car
mf towels for buffing the wax etc and cleaning the car
these are very essential products
you can get all these in under 6k or 6.5k and they will last a year.
and main thing many of these products are liquid so it takes very short time to be used on car.
