S20 Black (there is a blue version too but that old and less cut).
For bummer you can even get s3gold xxl as that has a pad dependent cut. So also works great with a polishing pad offering less cut and finishing great. Get the white and navy blue spider pads.
Germans have hard paints and s3 suits more.

Yes. That seems right.
Instead of s40 you could get s30+ which has more cut than s40 and finishes down equally great but would give you a good option down the road 4-6 months later of just using s30+.
S40 is more of jeweling polish and can be skipped in your case.

Apply touch up paint on the chips and that would hide them.

You can opt for following:
1. Apply PPF ( Paint protection film) transparent on front of your car.
2. Get your car glass coated with a very strong coating
3. Keep in mind that dry, rough and unnourished paints chip off more easily than nourished ones so keep the paint hydrated

Clear bras are solely made for this purpose but I don't know if this service is available in Pakistan. It is basically a clear wrap.

Thanks for reply. The car is protected with wax or qd spray most of the time. Minor depression can be felt on touching the bumper where the pebble got hit.

Scholl is an awesome product, its amongst top compounds and polishes.

Similarly Menzerna is there on the top too.

But dont take Meguiars Ultra Cut easy, its a top compound too, every product has its draw backs... but this one is very carefully crafted product and it is just aimed to perform! It is designed to be used by pros in a professional environment. Ease of use is not on top of the list. People dont use Ultra Cut because:

Cons:
1. It dusts a lot
2. Its working time is less
3. Buffer hop is a problem, specailly with novice machine operators
4. Burns off/flashes and sticks to the paint a lot. Is not happy with high temperature machine polishing
5. Not much forgiving, less polishing oils means surface gets hot quicker and can burn the paint if used improperly

Pros:
1. Amongst highest cut compounds, designed for 1000 grit sanding marks
2. Minimal polishing oils means u see the actual paint condition. No masking, you see the real work that you have done, no sugar coating
3. Well priced value for money
4. Finished like a polish, hologram and swirl free finish with diminishing abrrasive technology

If you wonna go beyond Meguiars Ultra Cut then go for Menzerna and Scholl. They offer similar benifits with less draw backs. However the cutting ability is the same.

And again Meguiars and Ultra Cut is top favorite + used and loved by pros all over the world brand! Id give it 9/10 marks for performance and pricing!

For paint correction of BMW you'd need a combo of hardest cutting compound + hardest cutting pad you can find and a rotary.

DA wont do anything, only DA that would work is Flex 3401. And that would be a very slow approach, id suggest taking a rotary.

I have never used a machine. I am scared after reading online about detailing sessions gone wrong.

You are suggesting me to go with a rotary. Also, something else for me to consider is how much utilisation will a rotary offer me after first use?

And needed to know that what to do with the swirls and scratches on windshield and other glasses?
Does glass correction has different protocol, techniques n products or is it the same as paint correction?
Can I use pain polish n compound on glass as well or not?

Hand application and DA application, does remove oxidzed paint. It will inprove color and reflections even with hand application. With DA definately you can improve on swirls a little bit. Use a very coarse pad with DA, highest speed and uniform pressure. Several passes on 1 spot.

So its not like that you should not use any compound and polish at all.. use it. But dont take it too seriously and dont break ur shoulders as you do it

Routine for a general detailing enthusiast should be somewhat like this:
-Full detail every 3 months ( using hand polishing or DA ), use all what you have got including glazes. Remove imperfection as much as you can and then mask as much as you can. But dont break ur arms off! Lol.. keep it manageable! It should be fun routine.. not a labour!
-Daily maintainence with a waterless wash spray/detailing spray/ light spray waxes do the same job
-Routine washes atleast once a week with wash + wax shampoo + a good spraywax/ spray sealant
-Re wax your car twice a month or every second wash with a good sealant wax.

If this sort of routine is follwed.. even if your car isnt 100% swirl free, it will appear to be swirl free and look much better

With DA, we can improve only lil swirls???[emoji50]
Then I shouldn't expect any lil swirl improvements with hand application. my car is full of heavy swirls n many scratches n a few paint defects. Em not going for paint defects n scratches now.
Just doing some work on swirls n paint nourishment. Well with this target, the routine you mentioned will definitely improve enough the paint condition.

Isopropyl Alcohol is very commonly used by medical professionals. Check in medical shops, but it may be hard to source due to high alcohol content.

Alcohol swabs are exactly same as well.
