Yes sealants generally last longer. I'd suggest using a detailer spray post washes to maintain the ride if you have used a sealant.

Datz what i do ! I am tight on budget and planning to buy 1 good quality product ! So i am thinking to go for a high end sealant and use it every 3 months and in the meantime use detailer spray or normal wax after wash ? Is dat correct to do ?

Wax won't do you much good over a sealant IMO. Invest in a good sealant, I had good results with Chemical Guys Jetseal.

In my opinion :
NO !!

It is one of the worst detailer kind of thing i have ever used... It felt more like a thinner to me... Isko use krna n pani ko use krna aik e bat hey ... Rest, everyone has different opinion !
