Sir use degreaser for clean this area.

Some parts are contaminated and some are rusted. Rust cannot be cleared by APC or degreaser. If there is no such danger of leaking the pipe, you might try something very rough on the rubber skin (more like wet sanding). But if you ask me, I would let these parts be as they are. A dressing would somewhat cover this up for a while but its not a solution. You cannot do much about parts that are permanently damaged (mostly rubbers). May be others have a better solution.

As others have already said, any solution cannot clean rust, as rust can only be hidden temporarily.

For cleaning engine bays, APC 5:1 solution is recommended. Dressing afterwards can be applied for showroom finish.

Then you have more concentrated solution than required and/or your rubbers badly need dressing.

Is cleaning wheels and wheels wells and arches with detergent is harmful?

No since on most modern cars, this section is covered with a plastic cover. However washing the plastic part with a detergent can cause it to dry out and over time become brittle. It's best to have a spray on protectant (a cheap one). One squeez of the trigger and wipe the section with a mf cloth. Thats it.

Din't think so, but if you have alloy rims, avoid detergents and instead use shampoo and microfiber cloth or mitt. In wells no harm as wells have no polished paint surfaces

Agreed what's said about the wheels being washed with a shampoo rather than a detergent. A valet company guy posted a customers 2 piece wheels to which he insisted be washed with a car shampoo but the customer was using some kinda detergent. The stuff had eaten away at the rim of the wheel behind the facia. It was like termites eating through wood.

WD40 is a good water repellent as well as rust inhibitor. However, due to low viscosity, it does not cling very well to the surfaces. It will work good (leaving undercarriage clean and shiny) but only until next time you splash water on it.

I feel it will get washed very quickly, which means this is not ideal situation for daily driven cars. But if you decided to park the car for long period of time, it will be a good solution.

It's a oil based product. Dust and oil don't go well together. Everything else you said is true though

That's dried up dirt + liquid on those pipes. You might need a strong Engine degreaser and patience. I would suggest try finding the astonish degreaser, spray it on this section and leave it for 5 minutes. Grab you brush and get it cleaned. It might take a couple of go's so be patient. As for the rust, spray some wd40 on the rings ( I would remove them for ease) and sand it down.

Sorry didn't read this part. The white residue is the degreaser caking on the pipes. Use a lighter concentration of the degreaser to remove the residue and and dress it.

I though this was was problem with astonish products. Shame that nanoskin have the same issue.

Mashallah. Result 2 days after waxing.

Armoural Wash and Wax
Collinite 476S used as basic wax
Meguair ultimate Wax on top of it after 6 hours as a sealant

Even there is a fine layer of dust after 2 days but mashallah gloss and reflection is still there.
