Aik baat zaroor hai, original paint gives a very very very different result than re-painted portions.....my rides trunk and left fender are painted, got hit on my Bday night last year by a shoddi kuri in a santro, sigh..............had those parts painted from Honda Fort, an till date, Im fixing them up time after time............like today I noticed the rubber seal for the rear screen had paint on it, just spent the last half hour scraping it off with a nail cutter blade dipped time an again in thinner...shauqeen hona bhi aik aleda musebat hai.Abhi beti say larai ho rahi hai, she wants to see Gnomeo an Juliet on the laptop whereas Im arguing that I`m doing important work......

Im dazed thought.......lagta hai apnay jaisa koi bhai baitha hoga unki product naming department mai. Maybe they mated a polish an a wax an this is the result...............maybe their wax an polish were exposed to radiation an this is the result........maybe this is their breakthrough product with the shine of polish but the protection of wax............jo bhi hai, kamal hi hai..........anyway, Im outa here, kids have won battle by complaining to their mom, who has shown me the classic ghoori an I`ve read her mind an can actually see "chad day nai tay ............." flashing on her forehead.

Jab mai jawan tha tab menay bhooth polishes ki thin, aab to dekhna paray ga, been ages I used polish, now-a-days I just clay the car an wax it............I do have a mothers polish an a meguairs one, dont know how much is left in them or where they are, but def the meguairs was hands on a better result...still Id advise staying away from polishing........the amount of care we do,waxing is good enough. Aaab mery bhaiyo, janay do nahin to kitchen say doi hi urti hui ayegi, bachay bar bar meri shikayat kar rahay hain aur mai unko toffee ka lalich day kar chup kara raha hoon, waisay bhi Im gettin late for namaz, will get back later at night............daktari nuskhah hai, pw, subah uthnay kay fooran bad aur sonay say pehlay.....darmayan mai jab bhi khujli ho to istamal karain.....in the words of the great Mr.Tariq Aziz..........Pakwheels...ZINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNDABAD!

N i thought i was the only one spending 6 to 8 hours straight stretches with my car in the garage like addicts. I wonder if i will ever be able to get rid of this obsession, i mean just someone touching my ride on the road ignites the deepest parts of my mental combustion chambers instantaneously. n the worst of the worst is when i go to visit relatives or friends and their DRIVERS have CLEANED my car by the time i come out as courtesy. Feel like cutting their neck off and instead in actual they even get a 100 bucks by the end of it.
Servicing is out of the question for me, i cannot imagine letting those service station guys clean my car with that whatever they use as shampoo within a span of 15 mins.

These are the implications of a detailing addiction. people stay away from it.

Let me share with you a little story, it was May i think, this year.
I had to go meet some friends in muslim town, for some project work, it was a sunday. Usually sunday's are my detailing days, everyday i spend most of my time in garage, tweeking my sound system or waxing, whatever the case may be, that sunday i got into my car at 10 in the morning, and got out of it at 6 in the evening. Spent 10 minutes on washing and waxing my self, and went off to my friend's, on my way back from his place at around 11 at night, i was at the F.C college underpass, some A.Hole carry dabay wala jahil was eating an amrood, and by the time i was about to overtake him he threw it out and bang it hit my right fender, i got soo furious that i wanted to throw him into the canal, and throw a couple of sharks in there as well. Anyhow i managed to control my anger and got home, to find out that the whole amrood when hit the car got splattered onto the light and the fender, i felt so bad, and disgusted, that i cant even explain my feeling, i cursed him a lot that day, and amroods as well lol.

So the whole point of it is that if you get into this business, or anything related to cars, get into it with a heavy heart, because only 1 % out of the 100% are like you, the rest are just idiots like that dumb carry dabay wala.

@Usman bhai, I finally came around cleaning the area around the oil reservoir with that Turtle Wax degreasers, The result came out to be marvellous MashAllah but my arm is in a bad shape now only u canstick ur arm there.
Btw, where to get a good set of applicator pads for Mother's Step 2 and 3?
And my Turtle Wax Heavy Duty wash is about to finish, should i stick to it or switch it to something better?

Anyways as far as the teaching part goes although im a 3rd generation teacher myself but a 1st generation of detailers in the family, people before me were normal, lolz! I always make a point to help out all members in need of it here and giving them the tips and tricks of the trade.

Thanks for admiring my work on the vitz and city, nowadays the city is getting so ignored coz of my engagement in more important matters alongwith the heat being so high, a good 2 to 3 days detailing session is awaiting me as soon as Ramadan will be over, till then im takin a chill pill. The ride is mostly staying garaged with me using official transport more.

I dont know how to exactly consider ur request buddy, anything i can do to help u out tau it will be my pleasure as far as i can.

Saw ur civic's boot pictures whiich u shared earlier, dude ur trunk shows signs of swirls, those very fine circular ones, ur car is in need of some correction, and masking isnt what im talkin of. Get a hold of Meguiar's Ultimate Polish and have a session of that otherwise if still not upto the mark then u'll need the ultimate compound on a DA buffer to do the job for u, after that u can seal it with that sealer and glaze. Last but not the least wax the finished paint with whatever u want, im very desperate to see the results of that manhatten gold u just got for urself. take care

Yes those minor swirls are getting to my head, and they get more visible on black colour, i havent used any polish on my car. I would love to hear from you on this matter.
Ultimate Compound or Ultimate Polish? and what about its availability here in lahore sir?
or should i buy Step1 of Mothers 3 step process?
