I always use hair shampoo, is it harmful for paint?
What is detailer spray?
how to use Swirl X, just got it from dubai autos for 1300
if swirl x used, should i wax the car or nt

i think hair shampoo isnt too good for the paint. get some armorall/turtle or meguiars shampoo.armorall is the budget guy as it comes in hardly 250 and is bang for its cost, turtle has diffrent variety for diffrent prices and meiguars is the expensive stuff. well detailer spray is a spray bottle containing a mix of lubricant and caranauba wax. when you use it with a cloth to remove the dust it reduces friction between paint, dust particles and the cloth thus preventing swirls and in the process it also gives a wet look as it contains wax. well you should apply a thin layer of swirl x on the paint, the best way to buff it is with a rotary buffer but you can also buff it with hand, it will take some elbow grease but will work just fine. you shud apply it with a clean applicator pad from some old wax can (after cleaning it of course) or you can get one of those dishwashing sponges, remove the abrasive layer and then use the sponge to apply swirl x. after swirl x you must wax your car. btw what wax will you use?

Bro, Hair shampoo is used to remove oil from hair, an your using it on paint, whch is oil based........so yer just raping yer car`s paint......taking out oil from yer paint will cause it to give off a white shade.....an then you start to wonder, where did I go wrong.....use a shampoo made for cars......not for hair.......

A detail spray is probably the quickest, easiest visual improvement you could perform on your car. It elevates shine tremendously while making wiping away dirt, dust and smudges an effortless task. Detail sprays are meant to top off your wax or paint sealant, not stand in for them. You apply a detail spray as a way to extend the life of your protectant.

SwirlX is used just like wax, just make sure you apply it to a clean surface

Tested Meguiar's Cleaning Wax on the bonnet of my Khyber.
See the pictures below and comment. The pictures are captured by my Nokia E5 camera at night, hence the image quality is not that good.
Also tell me for how much time the wax should be left on car's body before we start removing it?

Good result, white cars usually dont reflect that much, but your car's looking nice mA.

As far as the removing time is concerned, meguiar waxes have a lot of oils in them, so they take a lot of time to haze, for the first time i would say you leave the wax overnight to dry, and buff it off in the morning, once that is done, you can apply the wax, let it cure for an hour or two under shade and then buff it off.

This DODO is some kind of HELL, definitely.

This is a high end wax with much better ingredients than the local waxes.

Local wax costs around 400 rupees, this dodo costs 15 times more, enough said.

Wow.. Awesome results Sir.
Sir the curing time of Cleaner Waxes are very less as compared to that of normal waxes.In case of Cleaner Waxes,apply the wax,wait a minute or two and then buff it off.If you will let it sit, it will be very hard to buff off and very small particles will sit on the paint.In case of normal waxes,wait as the colour of wax becomes white.You will see a hazy structure.That means its ready to remove.However,there is no such restriction.You can let a normal wax sit on your car's paint for more than 12 to 14 hours.The quality of wax also depends alot.If its a normal wax,it maybe very hard to remove after 12 hours, so you need to buff it off as soon as the hazy surface appears.

The colour of the car is grey.
I removed the wax after 15 min but I felt that it was very oily and wet. May be I applied more quantity.

dodo is a brand launch like 2 years a gooo getting famous day by day n recommended by professional detaillers in usa n uk n across the world quite expensive they got like huge range soft n hard waxes minimum quanitity they offer is like 30 ml n when it reaches pakistan cost is hard to forget
their supernatural wax is like for 200 us $
