Hmm 15 minutes is a little less time, Meguiar waxes are loaded with oils which nourish the paint to a great extent, and they need a little time to settle in.
Next time when you apply wax, make sure it stays there for some time, you could even do a finger test, swipe your finger onto any random pannel on the body after you've applied the wax, if it is leaving behind a smudgy effect, then that means the wax needs more curing time, if it is not leaving a smudgy trail behind and the wipe is clean, then you can remove it.
But if you've applied wax after a long time to the car, then i would say you let it cure overnight, and then buff it off the next morning.
