Well today I waxed my car. At first I thought of the usual regime, i.e. washing with Mothers Gold Class Shampoo and then waxing with either Meguiars Gold Class Carnuaba plus or Meguiars NXT 2.0. But then I thought what the heck, lets test out of the Meguiars #7 Show Car Glaze.
Washed the car with Mothers Gold Class Shampoo and then applied the #7. It is easy to apply but a pain to take off. The key is to apply a very thin layer otherwise you can get it trouble. You first have to use a cotton cloth to wipe off each individual panel immediately after application and then wipe off the car at least 2 times with MF after the whole car is done. It easily leaves streaks, markings and spots so one has to make sure not to let it dry and immediately wipe off each panel. I had great expectations with #7, but it fell short. I didn't noticed any difference at all over 'before application' stage. Maybe it was because paint wasn't properly clayed and prepped and also because car had overspray on it? I don't kow
At this point, disappointed with #7, I thought lets apply Meg Gold Class Carnauba. I had no plans to test Pinnacle Souveran because I did not wanted to waste this beauty wax on a unprepped paint which had overspray on it but then I thought what the heck. Lets give it a go.
My reviews on the Pinnacle Souveran? THE BEST WAX I HAVE EVER USED BY A MILE! It is buttery smooth and extremelyyy easy to apply and wipe off. Since its a WOWO wax, I waxed and wiped off the whole car is hardly 10-15 mins. It was so easy and smooth that I could do 10 more cars and not feel tired. But the best part was the looks afterwards. I could have never imagined such a deep, dark and reflective look on my unprepped paint. The pics do not do justice at all but still here they are
