Detailed my ride yesterday and took the pictures today. Please give me suggestions regarding the shine as they'd really help me.

Guys I have a question. I have this cultus which has been repainted/sprayed from outside. Is it possible to bring it back to like new condition so that it shines/reflects like a new car?

What I thought was Ultimate Compound with Porter Cable & Meg Cutting Pad followed by Pinnacle Paintwork cleansing lotion (by hand) followed by Meg #7 Show Car Glaze (by hand) followed by Wolfgang DGPS 3.0 (by hand) followed by Meg Gold Class Carnauba wax . Only issue is it seems a lot and I can't do it in 1 day. Is it possible to 1 step each day and still get the desired results? Or should I do something else?

@mani first do the cuttttinggggggggggggg and give it a proper time u will feel the difference if u dont and their is too much buuf on your paint than ..... will seee baki usman bhai is the master he will suggest this my personal tip n myra kic party say koi taluk nahi hay

Nothing like a late night detailing session with MOTHERS HAND GLAZE. Sorry guys im gonna need a DSLR to capture the actual reflections but for now the mobile cam photos are to be withstood. This bonnet got a thorough massage with swirl X, followed by tech wax, then left to cure inside the garage for abt 24 hours roughly, followed by 3 layers of mothers hand glaze back to back with a good buff in between and the last coat of turtle ICE Synthetic liquid wax.

All in all i wud rate the hand glaze as 9/10, adds a lot of depth and bonds quite fast, i had to buff it off within 3 to 4 mins of every application. Which also shows that the layer it forms is like crystal rock and is expected to last a few months.

why don't you toss some petrol, presoak and then some wd40 on it.. then lick it off the body.. that'll do the job..

Thank you. As far as the concerns go, I had very similar ones, but I picked it out for a different reason. I picked it up as a replacement to my quik detailer. A 15 min waxing job which gives results like this I'm very happy with it.

How durable it is im yet to find out but if its any more than a week or so Im very happy. The NXT tech wax hardly lasts 2 to 3 weeks to my satisfaction. But then again my car is comparatively less driven, stands in the shade etc.

How many application, with how much ive used today, im guessing it should go to about 20 applications. Thats almost 4 to 5 months if i do it weekly even though I plan to use it for "acute" phases where i really need a great shine in a few mins.

@Ausl..........Could you plz elaborate on the manner in which this spray form Meguairs is applied?

I'm asking, because I initially purchased the"Turtle Wax wash n' dry spray-bottle product, which promised the same, but I was never satisfied, so switched over to Mother's step 3.

The Turtle Wax spray-bottle prescribes to be used on a WET body, hence wash and rinse, no drying off, and then apply directly and wipe off. I didn't like it.

How do you use yours, on a dry or rinsed body only? Also, what is the nature of this spray wax, synthetic? If so, I too could probably use it occasionally on top of the Carnauba wax.

Kindly share the price as well, I came across it at Dubai autos few days back, but my experience with the Turtle one left me not wanting to ask for it's price.

I think Aamir bhai has already given you the suggestion to do it with love... lil guy why dont you polish yer paint for once ? Or cleanse it with a clay bar?

Sir yeh markx nazar aa nahin rahi.....lekin itna yakeen hai kaam outclass hua hoga............thori meri prediction ko support kar dain pics say......an the grit guard................Sir, I`ll transfer money to you today, please send me one of these.....its a must have for that flawless swirl free wash....people although its just a piece of round plastic..... its basic use is to restrict the dirt from gettin back into your washin utensil from the shampoo bucket....be it a washing mitt, be it a washing sponge or your mf.......

Sir, Masha`Allah judging by reflections on the hood, the car has come out a winner!! Thats a lootaa rubbin you have put in, the method and products you have used are spot on......the pics really dont do it justice..... find someone with a Dslr........cuz all the hardwork doesnt show to the amateur eye....

Mate the car was painted, its gona take a bit of detailing to get it back to original shine but yes it will be possible to even exceed the original shine....@Tayyab has one very mean detailed suzuki.....heck havent seen any alto with such clear paint an shine.......answer a couple of questions first an then we`ll move on to what should be done an what shouldnt be done....does it have any flaws in the repaint? Orange Peel? Colour Mismatch? Dull spots? Sanding marks?Paint chips?

then dear a teaser for u guyz camera was nokia N86 nor professional. I have lots of pictures but still iam not satisfied tell me what should i buy for deep detailing because right i just used 3M shampoo, turtle ice liquid wax.
