1--Ok now your first point : MF kis cheez say wet hoo thaaa?? detailer spray say na ?? ok so stop spraying & use the wet MF for removing wax(spray bhee bach gayaa or wax bhe utar gayee) , but keep changing the side , you will feel by the strokes when to change the side , & yes always use 2 MF one for removing & other completely dry & clean for the final strokes & rubbing & you will really feel the difference in shine with each stroke, if good wax & top coats are used every stroke enhanced the shine & 2nd day shine will be more than first day ( their is one gem of a post by V1 regarding the strokes & final rubbing with MF by hand , few pages back)
2-- Answer is in above post , I would suggest do panel by panel & stretch your hand to take some wetness to next panel & in the mean while MF also get wet so you can safe some spray. 
3--- After every section I wash my MF myself 
, dont believe on the look of MF every chemical has different chemical properties & they act differently in dry and wet conditions so , wash them after every section or after every simple clean up of your ride.
4---I spray water on it with out touching it / or just put the water soaked Mf on it & let it loose & than slowly wipe it off.
