dr sahab & i had lots of discussion sessions on how to treat this thin layer of paint....kids were playing in McDonald's play area n we were discussing wax n polish suitable for my ride :P:P
you have to listen what your ride wants from you....n its some times really hard to satisfy your heart & condition of your old car at the same time....there was only a tiny window available to use abrasive products....dr sahab made me wait more then 2 months for this detail but it paid of really well mashaALLAH
BTW mashaALLAH its 16.5 years old nw :)(H)

this my car but not washed i guess, yes its a bit like pale white in corolla but its much yelloish than a new corolla, how to clay the car and where to get it?

sir g seeing is believing.....will meet you soon inshaALLAH thanx alot for your kind words....dr sahab always remembers you in detailing discussions(in good words obviously :P)....mere bhai apko tu mjh se zyada experience ha how difficult it is to maintain colors like the one you have & I have....its a real pain....but nothing can be compared to the smile you get on your face when you see your car in full bling bling mode i just wonder how its paint gloss & depth will be like when it first rolled out of the factory years back then :S
never the less i am damn sure it wont be this much reflective & in deeply riched....

JazakAllah All for acknowledgement.........as for the stuff used, it was Menzerna polish, Farecla G3, and Megs ultimate comp ka kushta, i.e. all three put into a small tub an mixed vigorously .....all this was first applied on the car an used for cutting through the oxidation.....cutting was done with a wool pad an the machine was set to 3k to 6k rpm on various locations due to paint erosion......the car was then wiped with a wet mf.......at this point we were having some dew issues......wax was then applied......the wax was in itself a new ejaad, dil to nahin kar raha lekin chalo.....it was another kushta technology, turtle platinum,dodo super natural,zymol........all mixed for nearly 5 mins with the rotary.........this kushta was applied by hand with a hard foam pad......left to haze an removed with a mf......the roof an bonnet started to gather dew so they were rewaxed an then instantly removed with the Megs finishing pad on the rotary at 2krpm.....an lastly the final wipe down with a mf......an sorry for the delay Junaid, but I just dont accept a detail till I`ve got the proper time for it......I made Tilsim wait for nearly three months before I put a hand on his car.....yer lucky to get away with two....

Yes you are rite this color difficult to maintain as ""Kuch bhee nahee chupta, every little flaw comes out" you really maintained it with great passion.

Our Dr.Sahib joo mera zikar kartay hainn yee tu unn kaaa Husain-e-Zain hay "ZUAYEE" walaa Zain;)

Bro I am good. a little bit busy in office (as usual client is going to celebrate Christmas and we have to give releases before it).......... sure yaar plan banao...... want to see the margalla in real but put it after 26th as i'll be out of city at this and next weekend.

amir bhai jitni thandi hawa chal rahi thi uss mai tu detailing ka allaaa he maza aya we even had to fire the engine to warm up the hood cuz dew was making trouble in application and wipe off of the wax from hood & roof but that dint helped much....so rotary was used.
