in continution of above my mind says (after thinking whole night sote jagtey :P)
a) old paint with less cutting margins
should use less abrasive cutting polish with moderate presure on da ( da would be safer in this condition than rotery ) da speed 4 to 5 with slow movment , overlaping ( done job with time and with over laping instead of high presure and high rpm ). last lapings with very less presure and low rpm like da speed 2 - 3 this will also help to give fineness
for further fineness should use masking method instead of least abrasive polish than glazing, sealent etc
b) if having margin in paint than can use rotery or da with speed 5-6 , presure can be incrased as per codition of swrils and secratches, medium level abresive polish, overlaping with slow movment and graduly reduce presure and speed for fineness pupose
for further fineness can use least abresive polish with low rpm, very less presure and than glazing, sealent .... etc
