I will not write off the product completely just because I have a dust problem...others may not have the same DUST variables and conditions that I may be facing (location of parking, non covered driveway etc etc)

and since I have so far seen this product on every petrol station convenience store so I guess people must be buying this.

It is a good product to give that good shine to a waxed/detailer-ed car.

The first time I used this product was the day I had made my first post on this thread...first day of bakra eid. I was blown away....However, it is only today that I actually learn't how to really handle this product...it is a very sneaky little product and very tricky to handle for a newbie...

1. Very easy to over apply - foamy product - you have to learn how to go soft on the spray button and spread by applicator over the entire panel. The product is very oily/greasy feel to it so over application will either:
   a. result in creating smudges and finger print marks on the slightest touch.
   b. Make you wipe to clean so much that you'll end up creating webs and swirls on the ride

2. Now that I have learn't a little about the topography of my car's paint surface and got to know it I saw that simply wiping of the wax enhancer wasn't enough...to the new eye it seems that the shine is brilliant...wow...post pics of Pakwheels quickly...but to the trained eye you begin to see deep wet wipe marks beginning to set into the gloss of the paint...deep deep moist looking streaks which resemble more like gashes created by a tiger's claw (a detailer's version )...so the wipe off is not that easy as instructed on the bottle...the wipe off has to be more like the final wipe tips that V1 has posted....very lightly as if floating your MF on the surface and little piece by little piece...I am now into the to an fro (front back or up down motion) motion for all products except wax so I mixed the buffing action with to and fro motion keeping a very gentle touch on the MF and concentrating on a little piece at a time...the result...Warm drippy drooly wet looking deep deep shine...

So a good product but a tricky one...but not for people who tend to get a lot of dust on their cars....but still a good one to have in the bag for those quick temp jobs...let's say a class fellow reunion or a photo op. But I am sure there must be some much better ones with the megs and the turtles....this one just doesn't hurt the pocket that much

Sir, humari matti dheet hai indeed......I guess if you dont want to go into water sprays with the engine, an neither you wish to go the engine cleaner route, try gettin yer engine bay steam washed!

A quick pat on the back....for myself by myself...

this morning's lil routine adventure took me TWO HOURS....TWO HOURS...I had picked up the MF at 8:27 for a quick 20 minute wipe....when I came back in it was 10:27...where the hell did two hours go...I knew I was taking long...and I thought max one hour....but two hours...oey kithay gaey body pains...(I have a flu as well and being a regular smoker...flu kills me)...oey kithay gaeen woh aahayein kay abhee to aik side baqee hai...I was so involved in the whole process...so I guess finally the bug which had crawled up my ar$e has reached the brain A regular wipe...done like a Sunday job...sheeshhhh!!! what is the world coming to?

2ndly a quick question...I am right now feeling tooooo lazy to search the web....how do you wash/cleanse an MF applicator pad?

a) extream abrasive
b) medium abrasive
c) very less abrasive

for serious swrils do u think just one polish ok or we do first abrasive polish than for fineness use little less abrasive polish and than glazing + sealent etc

another question, if swrils are serious on bonnat compare to rest of car body than still need to polish whole car with same polish ? or we can use little less abrasive polish on rest of car ?

The answer is C)Very less abrasive, for serious swirls use multiple swipes....but make sure you have enough paint to play with afterwards....if not cut to a healthy level an then mask the swirl trace........how about you answer with logic on the abrasive, then mild abrasive an glazing question yourself?? Would love to hear your view on it.......for the last part, meray bhai if you read the procedure on Junaid`s car, the rotary was kept between 3k to 6k, means I used different speeds an different cuts on different panels......every panel an part has its own needs.....you gota go according to that.

Guys...I attempt to review the work I have done on my car and share the results on post session performance and maintenance as well because most of us have daily use cars...the cars look amazing when done up and detailed fresh but for me a very important factor is how will the car carry on till the next session. So bear with me as I put in another review of how this week went...

Sunday - (you know the details)...

Monday - Top coat given WITH DETAILER this time instead of Wax enhancer...

Result: No smudge marks on Monday and very low dust.

Tuesday - didn't want Mr. D to touch the car...and I had come up with FLU...so wasn't planning to wipe it...to my surprize...car had a very thin coat of dust...you could only see it when you were right next to it...other wise the shine was over powering the dust layer.

Wednesday - reasonable amount of dust (normally what I accumalate in 12 hours)...so let Mr. D do a semi wash only. I wanted to detailer wipe later but when I saw the shine and depth...didn't touch it...so only semi wash on wednesday

Thursday - again same as Tuesday...decided to stick to a non wiped car.

Friday (today) - car was in the same shape as Wednesday...so a detailer wipe had to be given...I could have gone for a semi wash again but Mr. D has quit the job on Wednesday and I was in no mood for exerting myself on drying a car....So a detailer wipe was given...since dust was relatively thicker...it took me more than the usual. Infact this is when I realized that the dust was much thicker than on Wednesday. The car came out shiney...but Nah...it had this sort of Plasticky look to the shine...no depth...most probably the wax had erroded quite a bit (I now apply a very thin coat).

So the wax enhancer was brought out...and the car was returned back to it's deep deep shine...infact the right words should be "warm deep wet dripping look" (detailer + wax enhancer work well for the shine)

Review of the wax enhancer coming in next post....however...here are quick results: the wax enhancer is ATTRACTING DUST...I have quite a bit of visible dust on the car infact double of what I had on the day of the detailer. So perhaps this might the only and the last can of this product that I will get/use.

So Detailer in my little experience repels dust while wax enhancer (due to its oily nature) attracts dust!

I was hoping to avoid a wipe tomorrow but I guess I might have to do a wet one tomorrow if not earlier.

Sirjee Mr. D...say to mein sirf Wet wipe lagwata tha...wo bhee nahi lag waeya this week...just a semi wash (well actually the same morning he left)... shaid thandey thanday paneey say nahana acha nahi laga subah subah... hopefully my old Mr. ex D will be joining back

Sharing two pics of the car...taken on Thursday afternoon 4 days after wax, 3 days after detailer top coat and 30 hours after semi wash....nothing touched it inbetween...I have marked some finger wipes on the bonnet to show the dust on it... the shine truly drowns the dust...

Quick evasive action and response saved the day...

between my last post and this post...I had stepped out for a smoke...to my horrors found a guy painting a wall 3 feet away from the goth mobile...ran to car couldn't see any damage of overspray...decided to move the car back to avoid any damage, when I saw this big blob of off white paint staring at me from the side molding of the front passenger door...checked it with nail and found it completely dry....thanked my lucky stars that it was on the molding and not on metal. Out came the detailer and an MF and quickly set off at removing it before it became permanent. Sprayed detailer on it to soften it...wiped with MF...gone!!! Paint is safe again and back into original condition without any damage...and the car is now parked 15 feet away from that wall...

usman bhai joke apart u already on the next scene, the mixture of differnt polishes and applications with da or rotery with variable speeds is next level detailing and i allways try to grasp these ideas thats reason i orderd da machine and my next purchase would be some nice polishes and next level waxs etc , i still have some unclear concepts which INSHALLHA i will clerfy with u in upcoming gtg. dont worry sir we all are ready and will prove you we are hard working students

since yesterday da is in my mind and in fact also in last night dreams.
now coming back home i was also thinking about this, theoratically strong abrasive polish should leave minor swirls behined which should cover by least abrasive polish , yes provided if we have margins in paint and than glazing and so on but i like your idea of using same polish but with differnt pressure and varibale da speed in view of sevearity of swirls and secratches. the good thing in this is have to buy just one polish so easy on pocket but sure need practice and traning about how much da presure? for speed i understand high rpm for serious swirls/ secratches and low for less severity.

On a serious note buddy...I have had a lot of memories with Margallas (nopes never owned one...)...IBA days...had three Margallas in the car pool and a lot of early youth driving was done on them...including experimenting with a lot of hot shot driving styles if you know what I mean...so I know my margallas....

Sir...I do not even remember even one Margalla having a shine like this even when they were new (and I remember them like yesterday...one was white, one was same as yours and one was olive green)...Jazak Allah sir...the love shows...nopes better word ...it is dripping.
