yes,for regular maintained car,and secondly this particular wax is much hard indeed,it was demand of the rash condition of the old paint so i applied a little dense.
still it works better if you apply multiple thin layers than a dense one, the paint wont absorb it all and when u buff it the extra wax will just cause friction and swirls

Hey guys . I'm back with yet another question . Sorry for asking soooo many questions but I have nowhere else to go for guidance. I m alittle ashamed too as I said that I will post pix of my detailed xli. Unfortunatley us banday k sath rola pai gya and broke the deal :(. Now back to business. After a long wait for a new car I got fed up and decided to detail dads 98 rolla. Its pretty much like the black car usman bhai currently did. Tried turtle wax rubbing compound on the car green bottle wali. Used a damp cloth with back and forth motion like it says on the case. I kept rubbing and when it started to get dry sprayed some water on it too( dont know y I did it) . Anyhow I kept rubbing for awhile and then removed the comp. To my surprise it was worse than before as the surface became dull and scratched up. Plz tell me if my application is wrong or whether the product is no good
hmm, did u used any proper applicator pad for that or just normal cloth.??
btw now u have to apply Polishing Compound to get that finish back!!!!
Bhayio! here are some pics of my first detailing. Detailing was done by hand application, as advised by guru ji (vague1) is liye her circular movement pe "DUA" nikalti thi guru ji k liye ..... Also there were some shortcuts in the end kyun k uss waqat tak 'buj hi gai thi (BAND)' :-#

Used 2000 grit paper for scrubbing
Used Maguires ultimate compound and Mag NXT

Bro I used a Terry cloth. As for the finish i applied super hard shell and it got abit better but scratches still tere. Plz tell me he method of applying compound too

AFAIK super hard shell is wax. U need Polishing Compound to hide those rubbing compound marks!!!
A cheap Polishing Compound (White) Rs. 50 wala from any car paint shop will work tooo!!
Guys, I have white city. It has lost its shine somewhat, need your advice which polish to use to bring its finishing and shine back.
Here it is .. scratches marked in arrow.. i think scratches to khatam ho jai geey as i have both Mother's Scratch remover and Meg's Scratch Remover.. But what about that minor dent marked in circle.. aisay hi janay diya jai :S
