Sir...with all due respect, we try to take you on the safest route possible.....though if you think you arent making new swirls, an really want to go into wet sanding, its really really very simple....use a 2.5k or 3k grit sandpaper, preferably from 3M, get a backing plate, wrap the paper around it, get some lube, clean the paint surface, spray lube onto the paint an start the cutting, give it a couple of strokes in straight lines an observe....if needed repeat........once you are done you should end up with a near matt finish on yer ride, compound this with a power tool and a wool pad, then with a cutting foam pad till it shines out.......at the last wax it an yer all done.....thought i will still ask you to purchase a spare door or trunk or hood from any workshop an try it on that first...you can easily take out baremetal in the search for perfection
