I detailed my car last Sunday for the Karachi Detailers’ meet, I used only 3M Perfect IT wax after the proper wash, and since then didn’t even wiped it…
Daily, in the morning as I drive it to my office, the air flow (air pressure) during the drive pushes off whatever layer of dust accumulated on the paint surface and as I reach my office, I always noted that there was no dust on the surface. (H) That’s when I said in my heart “I Love u 3M”:*
And today I wanted to see if its still upto my expectations so following is what I did this Sunday morning (today). :)
At around 7:30 am in the morning I filled up a normal size bucket with water (as I had to wash the mudguards and tires too). I used this as a Grit Guard (H) (This is a ‘channi’ as normally called in urdu, and used in domestic kitchens to cover up any open bowl/food to protect it from any flies/insects/cockroaches or any other alien thing to enter into the food).
Dropped this ‘channi’ (Grit guard) in the bucket of water and it got fixed at almost 90% of depth in the bucket. Dipped the MF in water and wiped the whole car with fully damped dripping MF. For wiping the whole car I rinsed the MF several times during the process to wash off the loose dirt (and the dirt settled below grit guard 
), so that it may not swirl up my ride. No car shampoo was used, just the MF damped in plain water. After ensuring the whole car has been wiped thoroughly with fully damped MF, I took a fresh clean MF towel to wipe the excessive water and left it to dry.
Then comes the turn for the tires and mudguards. I washed them with sufi soap, because of its purity (free from harsh chemicals) and its moisturizing characterstics. Following is the pic of tires after wash.:)
Later when they dried up, used this Armour All tire foam. Check the pics below::)

Once done with the tires, took out my Turtle detailer spray and worked on panel by panel on whole car.
I was amazed with the durability, shine and depth of 3M and trust me I am its fan by now… 3M really rocks. (H) Check out for urself. this is the result of 3M perfect It, used/applied 1 week back. These pics have been taken from a crappy BB camera. If u see live (in real) it really looks so awesome, looks like its been just washed and Waxed (indeed just detailed look).:o
Later I wiped the interior with MF to wipe off any loose dirt on dash and doors (if any – Normally its clean as I dont drop down the windows).
