we only popped out the grains...but you just popped out your heart and we can see what lies in your heart.... A true love & passion for the dc members and a very rare gem in you. Living hundred of miles away, u were all in contact and we felt you right next to us even.

"kashif bhai...we started out with a sort of a logo design war...and today i don't feel my day is complete till the time i don't chat with you over skype everyday" - same mutual feelings here - that war was well fought and both were winners in that, which never happens in any other war.

What else i can say to your open heartedness - you have made me speechless. Your words are like a big big hug to us and in returned i would just say that we are honored by your words.

Its been couple of months since i joined this thread and i feel that i have been here since ages....its a bond... I mean i know what products my other dc members have and not only that, i know how much quantity is left in it.... My detailer was finished,,,, umair (kse-101) was at saca to buy stuff for himself and he knew that i need one... His phone call regarding that should he bring one for me means a lot and show how r we bonded as dc.

In the end.... Thanks for appriciation and thats what every detailer seeks.... Just an appriciation and for sure a criticism so that he can mend his detailing.

Hey guys,

Many congratulations everybody, this probably is the longest thread I have ever followed and the most informative too..

I have been a silent observer though but most of the guys here know me well therefore I don't need to introduce myself.. As a reference I would say that I attended the recent detailer's meet in Lahore with the dirties ride of mine, the blackpearl.. of course its not dirty anymore..

Recently, I have bought some beginner level stuff from Turtle, spent all day today detailing my car, shampoo'ed it with Turtle ICE, dried it with micro-fibers, wax-ed it with Turtle natural wax Platinum series, and sealed it with Turtle Ultra Gloss and some final finishing.. It took me 6 hours, all done manually.. Then vacuum-ed the interior, cleaned it and Voilà.. A perfect shine.. I couldn't wait to take my baby out, took a shower, and called few friends for coffee at Gloria's, they were f u c k i n g amazed.. The problem is, now they want me to detail their cars.. I guess I caught OCD.. haha..

Usman bhai V1, congratulations, you have become an institute, seriously..

Aamir bhai, your city makes me jealous You might have the most shiny ride ever but I have the best audio in my car hehe.. beat it!!!

Pai jan camera per hath bi to saaf karna tha na.. 378 pictures were taken, out of them 30-40 best posted here.. i took 3-4 same shots with slight change in angle and focus.. still i need to explore more in this photography field.. ajj to just first time properly use kiya hai.. i hope Bahria town wali GTG say kuch improvement hai.. tab kisi ka camera tha, ajj apna tha

early this week told umair bhai that on sat i will be near by wapda town so he make surface prepration and on sat will drop at his place for nxt application, at that time i was not aware this going to be lil gtg i would say love gtg no no no wo dostana film walla love nahi true brotherly love wala love as i allways said detailing tu bahana hai real deal tu bus relations hain jo built in last 3-4 months here on this thread.

today morning started from home at 7.00 am for punjab socity ( near wapda town ) as one of my cousin having 2004white mehran who chasing me from last 2 weeks to make her snowy like my alto so deciede for sat nashta ( halwa puri lasi ) than shampoo, polish ( megs ultimate polish ) turtle platanium series wax and korean haseena wali white bulls one, cousin happy as well his lado mehran which now reflecting enough snow

he must be a happy man.. korean haseena wali uski car per lag gai.. i mean waX!

reached at umair bhai's place , warm wellcome recived, as soon i crossed the main gate of house the first sight was on back fender of polish metal grey city , it was real time 440 watts shock to see millions of pearls over there, lot of depth ness, colour was became to dark , that was 2nd shock as 1st was at gtg by seeing saad/fahad's silverado's pearls.

Mai khud subha 8:30 wax buff kar k dobara so gaya tha, at that time sun was not on the head.. so didn't notice the grains as i was also in full neend lakin baad mai jab app aayay and you said, umairrr yeah deakh... i was like "oyee haaan yaar" yeah to pearls choor rai hai

very truly speaking i didnt do anything extra ordnery asmashallha both cars were with perfect base prepration , main ne tu bus detailer spray walla kam kyia hai.

wohi to asal kaam tha bhai jaan.. apnay seal kiya to Project complete hoya.. app na aatay to kaam reh jana tha..

in very simple words i would say forget everything just be at basics , megs gc and megs nxt, couple of m/f and thats all, just with these things u can do miracles

yes, mainay bi ajj yahi faisla kiya hai.. i already got lot of m/f and also GC, bas aik Nxt ki kami hai, hopefully i will get it soon

there was some kind of differnt film going on there, i was waxing citys and both are doing my poor alto haha sare muhale dar must be watching us from their taraces and confirmed we 3 become mads:D

calls from omar bhai and amir bhai were big motivational booster , though we missed usman bhai , amir bhai and sensational lady in red but they all were in touched and for their expert tips , jazakallha and Alhamdullia for having such bunch of loving brothers , seems like real blood brothers from ages .. who can say just met them few months back ??? even still not meet many of thems in face..

jazakallha to all seniors and jr members here for their guidence , feed backs due to which we would able to learn "A" of detailing and still need to learn till "z"

Kahan say shoro karoon...to be honest...what am I feeling here...i mean some guys got together in wapda town and dressed up three cars...I haven't even met them yet...there cars are way more shinier than mine...should I even care...should I be jealous...well either I shouldn't care or give a damn or if I do... I should be jealous...but strangely enough I am not...and I care...yes I do...those three vehicles for me are perhaps more precious to me than goth itself...and perhaps I am jealous as to why wasn't I there giving an odd wipe or two to each one of them...

I am happy, I am exhilerated...those are buddies of mine who are standing there in the sun and trying to work on the surface of those cars as if they are drafting out a peace and trade treaty between India and Pakistan...carefully and going through every detail, making sure that every little thing comes out to perfection... The achievement was no war won, no nobel prize nomination and no lives saved but yet for me and a lot of DC hard cores...it was more than that...it was the content, the happiness and the satisfaction that we saw on their faces which makes this whole session so much more bigger than anything...the results...an exceptional detail can only be thoroughly enjoyed by the owner...that first drive in a superbly detailed car...those constant side looks into the side mirror to catch the glimpse of the car's body perhaps can only be matched by the way we used to sneak looks at our first crushes quietly...except here those crushes happen everytime we detail...so yes when once a while a result like this occurs...the joy is phenomenal...and although I am not there with you guys, i can't see it in real...but what the pictures depict...I can actually visualize what a treat those first glimpses must have been...

Jazak'Allah Omer bhai for such nice words, Yes your experience, your reviews, your application methods are real gem for us, That is why we are so sticky to this thread. You, usman bhai and amir bhai always come with some new "Vareeety" After the detail it was like 50% satisfaction, Remaining 50% was done by you brothers by appreciating our work done on the cars. By the way my most joy did not come out of looking at reflections on the car...but I got the most joy by looking at the reflections that I saw on your faces...and that is when you can tell that jazak allah...a war has been won...and it was no easy battle...So yes I am jealous...for not being there, and yes I feel bad...for all those who are totally oblivious from the world of detailing and yes I don't care.....that I have never met these three individuals personally but I am proud to say that they are my buddies...

Yes look at the smile on all three of us, we were literately smiling and happy after each panel was done.. either its my car, casper or the chitti alto and of-course we are proud to have you with us Stay always blessed and happy

Umair...lil bro...top notch...top notch...this is what I call a re-entry with a bang...I like it...first you get a tap on the wrist for the scratch activity...then you got blasted for a dry wash...and now...this is how you shut everyone up...no words no this and that...bang action...did everthing like a pro...wow....and the way you made it into an event...and how you had everything worked out...inspirational...sure you got help but help did not bring those grains out...you did...and you should be proud of the fact...again you've shattered the first myth that I heard in detailing that greys are difficult to work with...you just made it look soooooooooo easy....and that is the mark of a good detailer...no it is a mark of a great detailer....

Alaa Alaaa.. lo ji omer bhai ki is post say pehlay mujhay full time neend arai thi, and now see, after reading this portion again n again, neend hi urr gai waisay idher chota bhai hoon, isi liyay sb critisize kartay hain, aur yahi baat bhai ko achi lagti hai woh scratch wala issue to bas.. :S jab jab nazar us area per parti hai.. hayeee.. afssos k ilawah kuch kar bi nai sakta abb.. but i learned from my mistake!! that was surely lack of education due to which i got so much "badnami" .. Regarding grains, janab GC ka kamal hai.. but now i understand that dedication can bring dramatically changes in any colour! i was not sure that just 2 coats of GC can give this level of results.. i will for sure put more effort next week also my wax applying technique was very poor, but today ahmed bhai application of NXT really opened my eyes.. so next week i will try to copy him

Apart from all this, Jazak'Allah omer bhai for such encouraging words for me.. all i need is Guidance and suggestions from people like you who really care for people like us Baki 3M show bi lagana hai kisi din.. will definitely read your previous posts and also call you before applying 3M.

and how can I forget the guy who has been the mentor in all of this...Usman, his rotaryness, (yes I am again going to say a few words in your greatness), you bonded all of us together and you are teaching us this art...you know they say when a man needs help...don't give him money...give him seeds so that he can eventually become self sufficient...sir that is exactly what you have done...you have given us an activity, an art, a skill which is more than a healthy lifestyle hobby infact it is a therapy...at times (you may think I may be losing a nut here) but I sometimes find detailing spiritual...it is teaching me so much about living life...an art that perhaps in my ups and downs of my life I had forgotten...it changed my attitude towards life, it brought back the smile on my face...it gave me a bunch of friends, buddies and brothers...and it brought back my self confidence which perhaps I had lost a few years ago....jazak allah sir...what you see here are not reflections of greatly done cars...they are reflections of you.

Baki on a funny note, Detailer say yaad aaya, Please check your car tomorrow, i think app mera bi Detailer spray sath lain gain hain i am not getting mine.. it was almost 1/3 or 1/4 left .. whereas your was new as you recently purchased it.. so do check, mil gaya to theak, na mila phir bi theak i will also double check my car trunk tomorrow

Well gc waqai hi gc hai lakin yeh kamal glow sealant ka hai which was applied around 7 weeks back (around 2 months).

Sealant & Rizwan bhai... hmmm waisay is combination ka ahmed bhai ziker kar rahay thay ajj.. Will go into details later.. So whats the plan for tomorrow? GC only or GC + sealant?
