so ur ride full of swrils humm dont worry nothing impossible here, may i request you to pls share the pics of effected area ? this will help to advise you right route map.
if swrils are minor than can mask them and hide them however from ur words seems its severe nature than u need to give very light cut to paint for which strongly recommend you to pls contact @vague_one as he is most expert here and having machines like rotery , da etc and by rotery polisher u can get even cut compare to by hand applications however later u have to maintain the surface with ur own care.
if u can source from abroad than i would recommed following stuff for white car
1) meguiars micro fiber clothes ( in usa its cost arround may be us$4 for 3 m/f) get 2 sets
2) meguiars wash and wax shampoo ( in usa may be cost arround $8 for 1.48 liter )
3) meguiars cleaner wax ( in usa roughly $9 to 10 )
4) meguiars gold class caranuba wax ( in usa $11)
6) meguiars nxt wax synthetic wax ( in usa $16)
well all these 3 waxs enough for 1 and half years application if u detail ur ride fortnightly
being white colour i recommend use meguiars cleaner wax once a month and than top up with meguiars gold class and at final nxt
i assure u ur car will be as new for coming many many years inshallha
