Alright guys, so after the Warning of Ustad V1 in collaboration with Ahmed Yar, i did some Safai.. As both cars were clean and does not require any waxing at this stage, so i decided to Wash City engine.

Bought this car in November 2011 and almost 7500km done so far, but i had never washed the engine. Ustaad V1, ahmed bhai and kashif bhai seen this engine condition 2 weeks ago, so they know the dust condition on it..

Products Used:
- Tap water with Gardina Adjustable Water hose (from Hyperstar/Metro)
- Turtle Wax Pre soak
- Pressure 2 liter bottle (from Hyperstar)
- Various tooth brushes, Micro fiber cloths and Scotch Bright Foam
- Air Blower (from Branth road lahore, back in 2001)

i have also recorded video of rinsing, washing and then drying of engine, i will post the link once it is done

I enjoyed NXT today (H)

amir bhai iss main tu koi shak hee nahi u have good experince and knowledge about waxes and their applications
but pata nahi ku jab se red lady prayi hui hai kuch udas udas lagti hai, iss main wo shokh or chancal haseena wali baat missing hai , seems sobar, decent mid age lady. the thing i allways attracted to red lady was depthness, richness by natural waxes like dodo and #26 etc...

nxt make it reflecty but hide millions of stars in her skin :S

for example pls ref ayesweria roy movie "hum dil de chuke sanam " in first half of movie she was like real red lady with natural waxes and 2nd half like this sad and decent :S

pre wax done,cant wax today due to shortage of time

SO if i want to wax tomorrow,then i have to wash it again n then wax n no pre wax again right?
or if i can wax directly then how to remove the dust

u can use car cover in between both steps or in case u have to drive car than as amir bhai suggested mild shampoo wash before next step

so here's my detailing sunday results at nik of time i changed detailing stuff recipy so guess whats it
usman bhai and shazo bhai are not allowed to responce:P

washed and waxed yesterday. after 2-3 session, i can see shine is coming back little by little.

last time i had done hood,roof and right side. this time after wash i did detailer wipe on these. only had enough time to do left side.

started with turtle liquid clay. applied with given foam pad in linear motion using a liberal amount. it was only marginally effective. i did not see major improvement in paint surface. the minor spottings etched on paint are still there. the minor paint transfer on it is also still there. anyone else has experience with it or any tips or tricks? i think it might only be good for dewaxing.

after that applied a little crystal glaze with foam pad, after some time applied a little more. and after 10 minutes applied applied a little wax on top of it. sometime later buffed it off and applied another layer, took it off and done. not some mighty result but i guess its ok for first application. will keep building on it, hopefully the result would get better.

please give comments on what might be missed or for improvements.

last year omar bhai visited dubai and did shopping from "ace".
he also did some puchase from yellow hat at time square (mall) but he highly recommended "ace" for varity and prices.

Agreed Amir Bhai ..even when i got my bumpers compound , the guy just rubbed everything came in his way . i asked him to remove the dust and he said " pai g 10 gadiyan hor v ha jare karne ha "

Dear Jugno! thanks alot for your kind reply. Yes, I do have following:
1. Turtle wax Synthetic rapid drying Shampoo.
2. Turtle wax Synthetic paste Polish.
3. Sonax Metallic high gloss.
3. Microfibers.

The results of Sonax are better than that of Turtle Synthetic wax. But I wanted to have even better shine. Thought to switch to Carnauba, but I've heard that it's not so great on lighter colour cars. That's why this question...

Secondly, I'll soon get posted pics of headlights as you've advised.

well i have good experince with turtle ice synthetic but if u need best results than go for meguiar's nxt.

its true in lighter colours synthetic waxes are better but i tell u i have personal experince , continous use of synthetic waxes dry up car skin so at least once a month any natural wax is must to keep car skin nourish, soft waxy touch, meguiar's gold class is good wax and good things of nxt and gold class is easy on easy off.

havent got the cover yet
dont know from where to get it in reasonable price in isl lol

mild wash?still setting up the washing stage,connecting pipes,opening tap closing it,drying takes up all the time
