Okay so I don't post here much, but what is the price of Turtle ICE Clay Bar Kit over here?

Went to a store today and they had just one piece left which was going for Rs.1100
Called up Saca Plus Karachi and they quoted a price of Rs.1400 for the kit.

Remember, this kit includes:

- Step 1 Liquid Clay
- Step 2 Clay Bar Lubricant
- 100g Clay bar

What the, even refine and shine isnt that cheap, the price must have been for liquid clay.

I got refine and shine from saca plus for 2400 and the owner quoted 3000+ for the ice clay kit.

We tried to confront him, and he said he would come up with an explanation, but nothing till date.

Anyway, ive already stopped buying anything from him, went to montgomery, didnt even bother stepping in his shop, rather went to autoline which is much cheaper and nice, for example Saca sells Turtle's shampoo for 1100 or 1000, and autoline had Mother's entire stock, fresh new packaging wala, 1200 for Mothers shampoo.

Never liked turtle wesay bhe, clay kit mothers wali is for 2800 at autoline. Better to buy a better brand at a better price than buy a mediocre brand at high price.

true, i had found someone who could be off autogeek from me months ago but didnt deal with him till now, i was wondering that we could order stuff through such people and websites, both quality and a greater variety will be accessible that way

i might make a deal with him for some products maybe this month, if he turns out good, we can order stuff in bulk

It's the whole kit not just the liquid clay, I confirmed this twice from Saca Plus in Karachi, even you can contact them and confirm it.

For a guy whose saving up every penny for a whole car project, I think buying a Turtle ICE kit for 1100 is better than buying Mother's kit for 2800 and save up the rest to buy Gold Class and NXT from Jeddah

Another one from DC.....this car had seen the good ol "Frost White" days that it came in...an I literally dubbed it the yellow monster when we saw it.....by we I mean "PARHA LIKHA PUNJAB" kay wali ehad....Shazo ustad!

The owner was going to almashoor "AUNDA" for the detail but a fellow member told him "Ustad azmaish shart hai" an thus we were called......Shazo started the big an first cut with the rotary an wool pad, which I followed up with on the foam pad an rotary....sorry about the pics, Shazo was taking them so you only see me...guzara kar lain....started off with the hood an then onto the rest

The whole car done we gave it a wax coat with Turtle`s Paltinum Ultra Gloss Paste Wax, I think a member was just mentioning it today! Here are the results boyses

Ala work usman bhai nice to see new white colour and the results of platinum ultra gloss paste wax. Did u ask the owner ke gadi kahan khari hoti thi ya itna zulm kese huwa the car was free of damages but the paint was baked!

Here are a couple of detailing queries from my side:
-Do you use wool pad or Meg's cutting foam pad for heavy cutting?
-With which Meg's foam pad do you apply the wax? Cutting or Polishing?
-And finish/remove off wax with Meg's Finishing Pad or wipe off the residue with an MF towel?
-From what I see, you are using a 4-inch backing plate with the rotary so what is the size of pads you use?

the product is Turtle wax hard shell wax metallic (blue one)
i have a question can i leave it on the car for the night ?
and in the morning i'll buff it and apply extra gloss
will post photos tomorrow !

lolz just try it n u will know how hard it would be to buff all out and make sure the dirt dont come and sit on otherwise it can cause streak or swirls

I am currently in Pakistan for a short time. Father recently got a new Corolla in black and boy oh boy have the dealership guys put swirls on it while preparing it for delivery. Plus the bloody dog took some paint off with his claws.

Today I got Turtle's Black Box. I tested in a 1x1 foot area and was relatively pleased with the quick test. Have anyone of you tried it?

Also I don't have a buffer with me here so any of you guys specifically in Rawalpindi and Islamabad have one?
