today's detailing make me extremly tired extremly thirsty adn extremly hungry now i m

1.wash the car
2. apply meguires clay kit
3.wax it meguires 26
4.clean the interior
5.clean the interior wid turtle total interior care spray

Every time this X increases its "X" factor when its posted! Nice clean detail bro, love how the colours are oozing off the glow of the paint, extremely nicely done! An hey this is still a car, wait till you touch a full sized SUV!

One of my friend having very nice home near patryata lowertopa cantt and at the moment i am sitting at upper back terrace of that home , having a cup of hot coffee , some time naughty clouds lands on this terrace being unwanted gust and infront of me deep vision of valley for kms and writing you this love letter by using my bb internet, sure will also try to send youpicture of this romantic place but being mobile internet seems little hard toupload jpg file anyway will try...<o:p></o:p>

Ok now back to car care, Today would share about some of my knowledge / experience about car skins which react differently as per their ageand conditions<o:p></o:p>

Fresh car paints having different oils which gives wet/waxylook but if we dont proper care than by time these oils start drying and give dry touch , hungry look etc water, dust, heat or very cold weather are the main source of this dryness, same like human skin, car skin also need proper moisturizing treatment to keep it fresh, bling bling for many years to come. As like human dry skin any harsh handling leavebehind scratch marks so dry car skin also having less resistance for swirls and scratches means if car skin properly wax than its also resist to minor scratches and swirls to some extant.<o:p></o:p>

Once car skins inner oils dry than following problems appear<o:p></o:p>
1) Car colour seems dry and hungry , less life<o:p></o:p>
2) Even u use soft waxes its dry up fast and while buffing out leave behind streaks , also u feel little hard to buff out <o:p></o:p>
3) While applying wax u will notice unevenness , specially on dark colours and once u buff out wax that unevenness wil be more prominent and even gives bad optic <o:p></o:p>

The reason is car skin is dry and once u apply wax on it ,it absorb wax oils faster than routine so when u swap foam applicator with waxso most of wax oils absorb at initial contact with car skin and leave rest area hungry so final results unevenness , this happens on every colour but in darker colours u can notice easily.<o:p></o:p>

Ye tu ho gye problem now comes to the solutions <o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
To avoid this problem u need some moisturizing treatment before next step like wax or sealant etc <o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
Source of moisturizing :<o:p></o:p>
<o:p></o:p>
1) Cleaner waxes: these waxes also called aio ( all in one ) waxes, means these waxes also having mild polishing oils, cleaners and waxes, a good example is meguiars cleaner wax this wax is safe for clear coat and can apply on new paint once in a quarter year, once a while use of these waxes provide good base work for further steps.

2) Glaze: glazes full of oils and big source of rich moisturizing, glaze also having paint cleaning ability specially specially having fillers to hide the minorscratches and swirls.

3) Cleansing lotions : over the years applications of different waxes, sealants made un-necessary build ups and close the paint pores and so once in a year these cleanser lotions remove those build ups ,moisturize the skin and provide good base for sealants or waxes, good quality cleansers are safe for clear coat.

4) Polishing : polish is little aggressive than above said options, its not only remove wax / sealants build ups but also remove a thin layer of clear coat means remove minor imperfections of skin like swirls and light scratches, rich polishing oils moisturise the skin, these swirls and scratch removers also fall in these polishing category, this process good for couple of years old paint works or some time have to opt this processon relatively new but neglected paint <o:p></o:p>

Choose any of above product in view of ur car skin condition and than seal it with good sealant or synthetic waxes. Professional level sealants lock that moisturizing process and will give u protection for longer time compare to syn waxes, after proper curing time u can top up withany good natural wax.<o:p></o:p>

Oh Ahmed bhai thank you for the kind words...Bas Allah lahore ki traffic se bachaye car ko.Bohat buri traffic hai yahan espevially motorcycles.No road sense at all Am currently spending Eid in lahore.

Really like the Meguiars endurance tire gell.The car came to lahore and has been going on frequent trips and still the tirs shine is there.The car is dirty now but its shine is still there so will simply clean the car with water and dry it with meguiars water magnet towel.Will do a complete wash once back in Islamabad.

Thanks ahmed bhai for this valuable info u reminded me to buy the glaze yes its oily and now i should give it a try but still some doubt about its procedure can we do it by hand mostly its done by machines by professionals and now things have even more expensive and advanced such as Crystal coating, titanium coating and might be more i.e Q Quartz which claims to be swirl resistant and i have found Megiuars M188 crystal coating its seems its not available to public but for the professional these give very high depth and gloss that's what expensive cars are coated with but we really need professionals to give this service in Pakistan

the alignment and clarity of reflectiion in windshield and the hood is same now similarly coating of waxes do improve the reflection and can hide the imperfection in pkdm cars specially

i have seen this sealant in hong kong and btw i have visited this "wac" detailing center in bangkok, they do detailings in air conditioned glass cabins

jazakallha for liking orca, well last step was auto finesse sealant for good protection in rainy season so lacking depthness , inshallha on my return to lahore will top up with natural wax to have jetness in black colour inshallha.

dear i reached here yesterday noon, yees there were traffic load but alhamdollila didnt stuck in traffic and since than just staying in lower topa home as until today evening lot of traffic on main roads
inshallha tomorrow will go to nathyia gali for a day and in evening back here at lower topa, inshallha will back lahore on sunday

ahmed bhai you clayed the whole car?? some freshness can observed please tell me which synthtic wax is best 3m show car paste or meguiars NXt 2.0 and also share the experience of autofinese sealant was it easy to buff?

One of my fav is the Meguairs Endurance Tyre Gel, I`ve tested it to run for more than 2 weeks with washing on regular basis, suggest you give it a shot.

not to mention that sometimes the cosmic pad picks up some grime thats left over even after shampoo, one day i had this problem, gc failed, cleaner wax failed, glaze didnt react to the paint as it should have, i was with a detailer friend at that time. when we gave up i thought that in all those pre detailing days there was something called cosmic that never let me down and it again worked, after an hour i applied gc and it worked

bro can u please elaborate more what problem are u facing with your old paint?? using cosmic at base is nothing but wasting the higher end waxes because base wax (cosmic) is already too weak to withstand heat for 2 or 3 days !! ??

Elien drying of waxes on car surfaces too soon indicates oil deficiency. cosmic is very oily and it buffs with little streaking, it basically quenches the paints thirst to a point that it absorbs oil slower and lesser so when we wax with higher quality waxes which contain more caranauba, the wax dries slower so it is easier to spread the wax evenly and it buffs off easier. baki har paint ki apni marzi hoti hai, try this on your car it may work out really well.
