I purchased a sunny Nissan 1993 model two months ago and
recently it came into my knowledge that the cars chassis are cut and weld mean
the chasses are tempered. I contacted previous owner and told him the story and
he contacted the person from whom he purchased the car, now situation is this
that I am trying to peruse this person who sold me the cat to take it back
transfer the car and return my money but he is delaying and saying that once
the issue gets resolved from his side he would not return it.
I want to ask if anyone know that is the next step that I take
against car previous owner. Your help will is appreciated in advance
