you will have to decide what matters more, If you want a car that retains or at times increases its value go for a toyota corolla, parts are also cheaper and readily available and it is comfortable enough.

On the other hand Premio is even more comfortable than a corolla, has similar fuel efficiency but does not retain its value as well as a corolla does.

A more latest model vehicle is much better than a used and old model. This all depends on your budget and if you can get a new or latest model.

I myself am using Corolla Altis 1.6 2018 model for a daily commute and it's giving me an average of around 11-12 kmpl in the city and on long routes, it gives me an average of around 15-16 kmpl, but please keep in mind that fuel average entirely depends on your driving style, so it may vary with your driving style.

Altis 08-11 prefacelift will be 1.8 with triptronic hell of power and won’t give you above 12km/ltr in ideal condition facelift 11-14 1.6 will give maximum 14 km/ltr

I also have altis 2018 i just wants to confirm that my car’s meter rang shows that i have for eg 200kms bt when i drive the car for like 10kms that range deducts 15kms so what can be the problem?? I drive my car with a very light foot

There's no problem as the car's meter range is just an approximation based on the speed at which you're traveling to the liters of fuel available in the car's fuel tank. It may vary with the change in the speed as well as the sudden change in the car's RPM...
