Get an autoscrub and glide lube for clay. Its the best, Rest for Compound/Polish it depends upon your paint condition also to get rid of swirls properly you'll need a machine. However I have got Meguiars D151 Paint Reconditioning Cream which is an all in one Compound, Polish.etc
To start off, I've got Shampoo as well in 16oz which will help you with wash, You can get mcrofibers and washmitts from almost any shop now though.
Your final step is wax/sealant, In that regard it is up to you ad your car color to choose, As for light colors Synthetic/hybrid/sealants are recommended while carnauba for darker shades. I've also got a bunch of good waxes you might want to look into.
So go with the flow, Wash, Clay, Polish (Compound/Cutting Polish) and lastly protect (Wax/Sealant). You can also add glaze if you are inclined to wet look/jeweling.
