Car documents transfer problem

I bought hondacivic 2000 model recently i check car file which is okey, now i applied for car transfer from sindh but now excise agent call me that your car documents are refused to transfer because your car documents is not recognised by scanner, he says that the previous owner of the car transfered documents without scanning now i do not understand if car is okey documents is okey rhen why problem in scanning ? Can anybody guide me what i need to do?

such lessons are spread over a decade at this forum never buy out of province car under any temptation.
ask the very same agent way out and complete the process. The fee may be high but he sure can help, Fatima's bhai is dead but still very resourceful rest assured.

If it is Sindh registered then the problem is with excise agent .But if it from any other province get your car transferred from there. I suggest that when buying a car I always go for Islamabad registered especially because the token tax can be paid very easily. Please also confirm from the excise office by call before going to another city. If the issue persists, you can contact high authority by the numbers given and submit a complain, they are very nice
