Car in Budget of 13,5 lacs?

Assalamoalikum!
I want to change my vehicle. Currently I have a 2012 Mehran VX CNG. My maximum budget is 13.5 lacs. My daily running is around 60km. I live in Karachi. My considerations are atleast 1000cc engine, good fuel average, excellent ac performance, smooth drive, mild boot space, car should not give major issues for atleast 2 years. I have as yet shortlisted WagonR vxl and a used Cultus vxl 2017. What are your opinions and advice? Among these which one will provide more satisfaction, or if there are other options as well in this budget and criteria, then what are they?
I will be highly grateful for all of your suggestions and guidance.

new wagon r all the way, buy before 20 june, price increase from 20th june of minimum 50,000 rupees. new cultus 2 sal chali hoe sari awazain de rahi hogi, new wagonr will be peace of mind for one year minumum plus great ac performance as compared to cultus

Slightly used Cultus won't be a bad choice. CUltus has better drive and economy than WR.

@hamzakk1 FAW V2 is spacious 1300 cc and will surely serve longer then Suzuki without any major break down brand new 5 speed manual trans will fit in your budget very well

So its between faw v2 and wagon R.
If suppose I go for Wagon R, then which variant? VXR or VXL?
According to my little research as yet, there's not much difference between these two variants, but the price difference is significant.

Why not Cultus? Difference is less than 100k between WR top variant and Cultus low variant. But atleast, you get more feature in Cultus VXR

Or you can find slightly used Cultus

I would suggest proceed with WagonR VXL or Cultus VXR (for around 100K) additional. both best fit your requirement have great resale value. A little comparison between these two is below:

New Cultus/Celerio: (VXR)
1- Beautiful and Modern design.
2- Better fuel mileage than WR.
3- Boot is surely spacious than WR.
4- All four windows are power. WR have only front power windows.

Cons:
1- AC performance problem is very frequent, lot of complaints.
2- Dashboard quality is not good, give cheap plastic feeling.

WR (VXL)
1- AC is simply the best, I personally experienced and believe better than Cultus,
2- Better resale value than Cultus at the moment.
3- Best fit in your budget.
4- Commanding view while driving.
5- Dashboard quality is much better than cultus.

Cons:
1-Design is not attractive.
2- Fuel mileage is slightly below cultus.

Choice is yours
