Car making noise when started in the morning

There is a loud noise coming from engine bay, when the car is started in the morning. The noise settles down after 2 mins of engine temperature goes to normal. and the water is thrown out of the exhaust not drippin from the tip. What could be the problem?

all good tuned cars throws some water drops from the exhaust

its a gear box noise.
gear oil become thick in winters.
no need to worry about.
if u dont like this noise then replace your gear oil.
