Car meant for back seat passengers?

Looking for a car for my family. A few quick question for those who have experienced a lot of cars in Pakistan:
Conditions - vehicles available in the Pakistan market (local or imported) not more than 5 years old. Max budget 8 million, on road practical fuel efficiency above 10 kmpl. Main priority is comfort (back seat comfort, leg and head room, low interior noise, soft suspension). Will be driven on Karachi roads.

1. Most comfortable car/mpv/suv for back seat passengers with above conditions, period.
2. Most comfortable hatchback.
3. Most practical option considering reliability and maintenance availability.
4. Best hybrid option with above requirements.

This will help my decision making process greatly so please chip-in guys. Thanks.
