Car missfiring starting after three days. Hyundai Santro Plus

New battery is installed, but car engine not washed so water hasn't gone anywhere in wires.

May be one of the plug needs cleaning ? is that so?
I've checked all sensors are plugged correctly. I've also disconnected battery to reset ECU but still the same continuous misfire issue.

I had cam sensor issue, that was massive misfiring. But this time the misfire is from one cylinder. I think it needs tuning.

I need help regarding Santro plus 2001. Car give jurks while running and engine stalls if it is idel problem is too much when car is cold or hot in middle problem temperature the problem is rare. Work done is as below
1. Complete tunning several times
2. Spark plugs changed two times
3. Fuel pump changed 3 times
4. Tp sensor changed
5. Cam sensor changed
6. Map sensor changed
7. Wirring checked
8. Coils checked
9. Temperature switch changed.
Every time mechanic try something new I visited different mechanics in pindi islamabad and facing this problem from months but still problem is there I have lost much money in this regard too any expert help me in this regard please. I will be great ful.

Have you check Iac valve and injectors?

Injectors are working don't know about the lack valve where it is in the car?
