Car missing after changing the gear ! is that any engine problem?

Hi Friends,

I have Margalla 95 model in petrol only and I bought 2 years ago, the guy who sold me this car he told me (Gari qancha hai) anywayz

After one week the car is giving me trouble.

It's not taking pick (quick speed) in 4th gear Max is going upto 60kmh speed and sometimes the car is missing after shifting the gear and the fuel average is also very bad.

One mechanic told me one spark plug is taking oil that's why the car is missing and he advised me to open whole engine and repair it.

Is that true? Can I do that because I am driving this car as it is from 2years since I bought, even the engine is not smoking up-to now.

Kindly guide me should I repair the engine or I have any other option or another solution.

Is your engine reducing any oil?
Btw alway mention city you are based in with such query so that people can help you by recommanding techinician

I have noticed burning Smell once in a while when the car is going above 20kilo metre but engine is not reducing oil and even water is OK engine is also cool while driving.

No any overheating even the sound is quite

Mileage is around 220000km

It has very good engine never been used in CNG that's the reason I bought this car only petrol

Serviced in every 5 to 6 months with ZIC and am fueling from Shel.

This car is giving mileage 7 to 8 km p/Ltr thats actually very bad

Dear am from Karachi,
Engine is not reducing oil and even water is OK
No any overheating even the sound is perfect

use normal fuel never ever HOBC or mix.is car on CNG or original petrol

Do take your time to read the query first think about a proper to the point answer for that and then reply...

I would like to ask what should be the reason oil is coming in the spark plug is that the meaning I have to open the whole engine or some small parts changes will resolve the problem.

any smoke?
valves seals are leak or pistons rings need replacement or probably both.

It means I have to open engine, kindly also let me know if I have to change more things and there is no any side effects.
I mean to say that sometimes cars will give so many troubles after binding the engine, I don't want to spend lots of money and time that why I need a experience advice.

depend upon the mechanic and parts going to use. you will not face any problem if done properly.

My father recently build his alto engine....it cost him about 15~20k

If the car is not reducing oil it is probably weak seals. Try replacing seals first. Check engine compression before deciding engine rebuild. Try getting it tuned from a good mechanic first. Spark plugs,carbuerator cleaning,tappets etc.
