Car not getting started parking and charging light blinking

In the recent rain in karachi my car gets water inside and immediately the car ignition got switched of. After cleaning the car and both the battery terminal the car is not getting started and parking and battery charging light is blinking.
I have make a marked on the indication lights that are blinking when trying to turn on ignition.

Have your vehicle scanned via OBD Scanner to check for any / all fault codes, and then take remedial action(s) accordingly.

try after changing the battery, mostly cars act weird when their batteries die out

i ordered it from daraz but it will take time. Can i purchase the scanner from any where else in karachi.

I have aleady tried that and have replace the battery as well. but the card is still not starting.

Bluetooth obd isnt gng to tell u codes for hybrid system nd other systems. How high was the water inside car? The ecu is located below left glove compartment, not very above floor, so plz check if water got there. The p sign means shift lever position sensor data isnt reaching ecu, may be due to water damage to ecu or harness or to the sensor, though the sensor is water proof to a level.

Also the multiplex body ecu and fusebox is located in same area.u need to bring in a guy with launch or gscan scanner, hav him scan the car and post the error codes here, usual labor charge is anything between 500~ 1500rs. U can also ask to remove the ecu(marked power management computer), open the cover and see if water got inside. Also check the fuses, both bonnet and below dash.
