Hello, I sold my car to Car First some years back. The car is still on my name. Since Car First has closed their operations in Pakistan, is there a way i can reach out to rhe current owner and ask him to transfer. Otherwise i will opt for CPLC and get the car blocked as someone told me.
Please suggest.
do you have stamp paper and proof of car sold and handed over ?

as you can never know how many hands the car was sold or who has it now
